As for community, we are representative of being 1st generation Americans as the offspring of immigrants alongside our product officer actually representing the target market we are focused on - young, bright future workforce participants independently navigating career paths through experiential learning. Our goal is to better empower those members looking to skill up and track their success based on the combined experiences of those we are serving - recent high school graduates and new college entrants that we've been surveying through our collegiate partnership program.

Our theory is that we can better equip members through the platform to obtain soft and hard skills through online learning to better enable them to take on better projects and jobs that focus on a career path of choice.
We measure this by the level of exposure or experience a member has in a particular field (ranked by them) and chart it against the amount of time needed to complete online coursework to get them to the appropriate level needed to qualify for a particular project or job. Immediate outcomes result from the jobs they take on and the amount they earn over the duration of a year from employment that we chart on annual earning averages by career path.

The revenue streams are a SaaS fee paid by employers alongside a financial product that helps to optimize members earnings into savings that searches for grants or subsidies they qualify for. This enables us to capture service management fee's for the savings and investment account we provide them with.
Circled $1M USD from prominent future of work angel investors alongside Simplexity Ventures to scale the product to date.
