We have had multiple experiences with these virtual appointments that have highlighted the shortcomings of video-based communication for health consultations. After being in a bike accident, one of us had a difficult time communicating their pain levels and areas to the doctor, when it was difficult to gesture to all pain areas in the limited field of view of the webcam - Something that would not have been challenging in real life. But we found that this problem that all of us is facing represents a greater challenge for the rural population, who face more complex problems than the severe shortage of doctors and medical service providers. Online medical communication applications fill this large gap in the countryside, but because of their poor education they find it difficult to express About the size of the pain and its place for doctors in online communication, which leads to difficulty in diagnosing or a wrong diagnosis
But this problem is a major and permanent obstacle for people with special needs in online medical services due to the difficulty of communicating effectively with the doctor. For example, the deaf and dumb category finds it very difficult to use online medical consultations with distinguished doctors because there are few who know sign language to describe the place and extent of pain.

We developed "DrAvatar", an online video-conferencing application, which allows patient and doctor to communicate with the help of a human avatar. Both patient and doctor can interact with the avatar to communicate areas of pain or discomfort and areas to hold a smart phone to for recording videos or pictures.

We target women in general and in the countryside in particular because we find that they need more of our services and face many restrictions that make our services a big difference with them, especially since it is women who bear the most medical follow-up in most families and we want to increase their medical awareness, which will There is a breakthrough in the ways to find quick and effective solutions for medical care and to obtain equality in medical services
And we target the category of people with special needs, and we started with the deaf and dumb category in the largest way, which we find a wonderful response with them to increase their awareness of solutions to communicate with doctors effectively and receive medical services worthy of them and help them rely more on themselves and obtain equality in medical services

Our team has great experiences in the medical field and medical technology, and because the team comes from diverse and different backgrounds, complementing each other, and the majority of them are women, and we want to make a difference in the daily problems that we suffer from or suffer from the suffering of those around us, and therefore we work to leave a great impact in The community surrounding us Most of the team has many voluntary participations in the countryside, with rural women and with people with special needs, and we want to help these marginalized groups to which some of us belong
