E-HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In our country many patients wait in line to be treated by a specific doctor, and their medical records are stored in books and documents which get lost overtime. When it comes to booking appointments they are written on a piece of paper as well which is not ideal. This has caused a lot of problems in both private and governmental hospitals because a lot of patients lose their medical records and suffer severe cases when not treated at the right time. At our country statistics shows that 60% patients die per year when not treated properly or early and 70% of medical records are lost in floods and earthquakes or other external factors.
our system or web application solves this problem by putting and adding all the medical records within the system in a secure and encrypted database. Doctors can be added and can also manage patients medical history, All patients can book their appointments at any given date and time they need to reduce queues.
This solution target all patients who wait in line to get treated and medical institutions that store their medical records in books and documents. this system will impact their lives in a way that it will help them to be treated earlier and their records will never be lost.
Our team is well acquainted for the job or solution because we have made a survey and made research in various hospitals within our location and proximity and most of the people who face these challenges like our system and 3 to 4 hospitals are willing to use this system, due to the critical situation they are in as a medical institution

Our team lacks funding for maintaining the web application system to function on a full time basis. It would be good to have sufficient funds to manage our software or platform

Our Solution is innovative because it is the first in our location and country to be implemented our medical institutions are used to the use of documents and other legacy system. With the help of this platform it will boost the need for utilization of this platform in all hospitals so that the hospital and its patients can lived simple lives through this solution.
We are looking forward to integrating others API's for our system to operate on. We do not plan on using the same design but we have also planned a back up for people with no or little internet access to use a USSD straight from their mobile phone to access the platform with ease. This will impact many people or patients lives especially the poor
Our Goal is to provide an easy and accessible medical platform to eradicate queues. currently we are targeting over 20 medical institutions, and our solutions is currently making an impact in one of our local hospitals.
This solution will have a big impact on the problem because it will reduce unusual casualties and unnecessary queues in medical institutions

So far National Commission For Science and Technology has lend us an amount of $2000 in favor of supporting our platform to work on updates and customer requirements, including system design.
