On the level of Retail

To have a program called (Extra for your next generation)

This system will be agreement software between the manufacturer or drug seller and end retail point (pharmacies) in which  the seller will offer a price discount of the drug sold to pharmacies  as a retailer in listed chronic diseases medications equal to 2% and when he offers more this drug seller will have the priority to sell against others, drug sellers, by examples If I offer as drug seller 3% so I will have the priority to supply, on the other hand, the retailer will offer another 2% from the retail price of selling chronic products

In each area, the pharmacist will be responsible to offer free medication for 10 to 20 patients and its cost will come from the drug seller 2% and his Royalty margin 

The list of patients will be created through him in designed software to connect the drug seller, patient, and drug store  

And the steps will be as follow

• 1-The pharmacist generates the list of patients and the cost of monthly treatment and drugs used
• 2-Then got approval in such cases from the controlling authority
• 3-Then the system will ask automatically ask the supplier of drugs to add discounts on the drugs sold to the retailer by 2% for all quantities and when it is supplied to the pharmacist the same will happen, this 4% to 5% discounts in certain drugs category will cover numbers of patients, by example   if these pharmacies buy 30 packs per month to cover 30 patient from certain diseases then there is will be 2 to 3 packs free for poor patients ( as the discount value will buy the free packs with wholesale price

On the level of hospitals

• 1-With the same idea each hospital will have the burden to give free medications for the clinic follow up cases and the

a. value 0.05% from the total own pharmacies sales

b. Drug seller 2% discount on each invoice and both fund
c. Each hospital supplier will discount any order or invoice by 1%
2-This discount will be collected to cover the medication for the listed cases through such software
3-The visibility of this software that all 3 parties will see the raising and accumulation of a fund for each case and settle the priority list
4-And the same will be for surgeries and other chronic diseases management

Accidents

• -The same software or application will notify the all-friends list on all social media around and his circle then notify all his neighbors or village, then ask for contribution by sharing in the cost of treatment, as the system will calculate the rough cost then automatically transferred to share, if the total payment for treatment not collected, the system automatically will advertise in all non-profit organizations and charity groups worldwide by share as the share will be very little like 1 $ or less
