ENDING IDENTITY CRISIS AND UNITING THE WORLD

502 million of the global identityless are in Africa which is also 40% of Africa's population.africa has 54 countries and almost none of them are stable. So Huia cards are made under African Union with support from international organizations, mainly UN

Huia cards work similar to debit cards,here data is made into 2 compartments, the first one is the data printed on the polycarbonate chip card with photo, nationality, address, date of birth,blood group, signature(the basics) along with a unique card number 

The cards can be inserted into ASPM (automatic security printing machines) which are placed in all key cities and locations. When a user puts his card in he  can verify using 2 methods biometrics or a unique pin number (because in  case if one fails)and then he can select any language he want the data to be in and then the machine vends out the details in the 2nd compartment in a security printed paper which include pretty much everything

• Huia is connected to the UNHCR which will in time of a crisis will activate the REFUGEE Mode upon request
• Once the REFUGEE MODE is activated they can use Huia like a food and transport card. While money (for basic survival) is debited every month by humanitarian agencies  which they can use for food and transport (only swiping) 
• The debited money is converted into points with each point symbolising a heart sign,and this point system will form a simple uniform virtual unofficial currency system whose value is set by African Union unanimously.which can be used through POS machines
• The cards thereon also serves as UNHCR identity cards valid all over the world
• Each security print taken has an expiry date  of a few months 
• Cards upon loss can be blocked 

It incorporates the technological advances made in banking and printing methods into identity cards and also includes soft financial services like micro insurance and food and Transport  cards

The data is divided into 2 segments first one is simple non sensitive kind of information. While the second is locked in tight security which is only accessible through biometrics or a unique pin number 

The second compartment of data need to be accessed  only when required through security printing with a validity of a few months 

The secondary compartment of data is only accessible to the individual and top ranking responsible officials of Huia

Here it is a little defferent, digitally stored identification system is unified and incorporated into  Huia, datas like certificates, records passport details is all accessible through card and can be printed in a single security sheet

Individuals can access secured complete personal data and have it in print form by just to touches, one verification, second choosing language. That's it you get the print

This properly executed will save Africa from identity crisis and borders will be hassle free and most of its refugees can be relocated in Africa itself 

Thus saving Europe of a great and dangerous burden and with the support of the right international authorithies new projects can be started in rest of the continents under Arab league, UNASUR etc, eventually covering the whole world

International recognition and connections 

Initially it will start off as a free service. In future profit can be made if needed through its fintech services like micro insurance and more services like bank account and  micro loans can be introduced to identity cards

Will give me international recognition and the connection to establish Huia and also use those to raise the initial capital I need

A sizable capital and also support of organisations like African Union, World Bank, large foundations (like Bill and Melinda Gates foundation) UN, and other aiding agencies and also need to convince the people
