Beneficiary identity and aid distribution system
Identify beneficiaries, track aid distributions
We are proposing a blockchain based solution to identify farmers as beneficiary and track aid distribution that enable individuals to check real time status of delivering and receiving reliefs among all stakeholders.
International organization/NGO/Government provides aid to farmers in a routine basis to increase agricultural development of country. Also, from the effects of natural, environment and human induced hazards, government and related authorities provide relief to a manageable and acceptable humanitarian level. But this aid doesn’t distribute properly due to improper management, lack of transparency and unavailability of information flow. while governments appear willing to provide publicly funded subsidy programs totaling billions of dollars, they commit significantly fewer resources to monitor these programs effectively to prevent fraud and or corruption.
As a government or international organization, each time aid is distributed and received, stakeholders will get notifications and see the total transaction and distribution status using the digital ledger technology. To use this system, all stakeholders must register to the system including donor organization, government authorities, distributor and beneficiaries that help to identify all individuals and member organizations. For example, if an international organization wants to distribute fertilizer among the farmers through a local (developing country like Bangladesh) NGO, then that organization needs to be registered in the system. All other stakeholder like Local NGOs, govt. authorities and beneficiaries also need to be registered into the DLT system.
Our proposed solution ensure the identification of all participants and track each and every segment of aid distribution process. certificates with a single click. Using blockchain technology, our solution can ensure the convenience, privacy, trust, originality and immutability of member identities.
- Idea
An ecosystem for all users to track and verify foreign aid with distributed ledger technology will be a unique platform for developing country like Bangladesh. It will eliminate the third-party dependency for identity verification that ensure transparency and provenance.
Beneficiaries like farmers and authorized organization/individual will be registered in the platform and their identity will be verified by the blockchain and data encrypted in the distributed network. Without authorize person no one can able to see data from outside because of consensus mechanism.

All authorized stakeholder will have to be an account in the platform that stored cryptographically in distributed ledger. A smart contract will automatically be generated that incorporated with the system ensuring immutabilities of identities.
Financial Aid distribution:

Product Aid distribution:

User will have different access platform like mobile apps, fingerprint, punch card, QR Code verification based on stakeholder types.
Distributed Ledger Technology ensure stability and reliability of the whole ecosystem network
Using RFID or chip-based ID card with embedded finger print of each beneficiaries, user can easily use and access the platform without knowing the technical details of the whole system.
Our vision is to keep all the farmer’s development record trackable and stop corruption in foreign aid distribution. If corruption of foreign aid stop properly it will keep a very positive impact in country’s economical and agricultural development
To make the whole system scalable and sustainable:
- Donor organization will have to pay minimum amount to register in the system it enables the member organization to check fund distribution status.
- Different type of advertising from commercial organizations can be promoted in the platform
- Access and use of the system will be offered in subscription model
- Bangladesh
- For-Profit
- 6-10
- Less than 1 year

Per transaction basis from members except direct beneficiaries
In developing countries, beneficiaries like farmers play a significant role in country economies. For instance, more than about 70 percent of Bangladesh’s population and 77 percent of its workforce lives in rural areas. Nearly half of all of Bangladesh’s workers and two-thirds in rural areas are directly employed by agriculture. The solution we are proposing is based on government and international organization who can able to work with those mass number of farmers. We believe the support of Mission billion challenge will help us to implement a sustainable platform where all stakeholder will be benefited.
The key barrier is government or international organization have to provide us support for farmer registration and also we need funding in order to stablish this project
Get on board to the beneficiaries
Integrate all stakeholders
Support from government authorities and international donor organization
