Ohospital
In Kenya, 70% of the population is rural. Most of the individuals earn an average of 2$. With only 5% with insurance, they prefer to buy over-the-counter medicine, ignore or just google signs and symptoms and buy medication. If they decide to visit a hospital, they are met with inadequate specialists, medicine, or machinery. They also have to spend an average of three to six hours to get the service. With the rise of lifestyle diseases[Contributing to 55% of hospital admission], and Covid, accessing health services is in demand.
Ohospital helps doctors and patients build partnerships with each other through an intelligent video and messaging app that uses machine learning to provide a personalized health services marketplace. Ohospital has several major components.
