Using the technology of the 3rd optical data storage and its technique Holographic Associative Memory in the digital identification systems.
By using the technology of the 3rd optical data storage in the digital identification systems and its technique Holographic Associative Memory, it will enable individuals to inspect, update and correct personal data as well as it provides high security and protection.
The 3rd optical data storage is any form of optical data storage in which information can be recorded or read with three-dimensional. This innovation has the potential to store big data in small spaces and it provides a rapid exchange of information.
Holographic Associative Memory is a form of information storage where two pieces of information are saved and retrieved by associating them with one another in a pattern such that any part of the pattern contains them both and either piece can be used to retrieve the other. It has its roots in the principles of Holography with the concept of having two beams of light called a "reference beam" and an "object beam" and together they produce a pattern that have them both by reproducing the reference beam, the hologram recreates a visual image of the original object. In theory, one could use the object beam to do the same thing: reproduce the original reference beam. In HAM, the pieces of information act like the two beams. Each can be used to retrieve the other from the pattern.
My main idea is to use the 3rd optical data storage and the Holographic Associative Memory (HAM) techniques in the digital identification systems it will definitely strengthen them and give them highly protection therefore the personal data will always be as safe as possible. And by using the HAM the data will be shared between the government in the biomtrics records that are registered and the individuals digital identification systems, which means they can have access to their same registered personal data in the government records and by this technique they can inspect, update and correct their personal data in secure and authorized way.

My idea suggest a solution of a new technology, the 3rd optical data storage and its technique Holographic Associative Memory is completely a new technology and by applying it in the digital world I think it's the innovative itself.
My solution demonstrate 'privacy by design' by store big data in small spaces and it provides a rapid exchange of information under protected and secured conditions. And it would provide people even those with low literacy, greater control over their data by its simplicity, it would give them access to the same information their government registered.
My solution is a new technology and a new innovation, however it would incorporated into digital identification systems of the developing countries, the 3D technology approached these countries in the past few years.
My solution will be big help in creating digital identification systems in developing countries be better designed and adapted to protect people’s privacy and empower them with greater control over their personal data.
My solution will make the digital identification systems a database shared between the government and the people.
These digital identification systems target the developing countries whom most of their citizens have low connectivity environments and low literacy and numeracy levels, therefore the simplicity in my solution is above everything, my solution won't change these digital ID systems it will just make it better designed and useful.
I asked myself what it would feel like to change the lives of billions of people and help to make their lives easier, to give them the right to prove who they are with an idea and solution and my future vision became vivid with the time of the present. If I'd be accepted my vision is to make my solution grow more and get the full support and to devoted it to these people who struggle everyday to prove their identity, to play their role in the story of their lives.

I'm applying to the mission challenge because it is an honorable chance to corporate to make a difference in this world and affect the lives of billions, it is such an honorable chance. And it would help me have a bright future personally.
By coming with this solution I have had some doubtful feelings whether my idea will actually work in the developing countries because it's a new technology but the neccessary to overcome this is to make it simple designed as much as possible.
