Turn Waste into Protein
(i) Massive harmful agricultural waste that causes land and water pollution without environmental friendly disposal methods in the market;
(ii) Increasing usage of artificial and inorganic feed meals in the industry that could harm end consumers of our food source;
(iii) Costly and inefficient waste management in term of negative environmental impacts and
high treatment costs.
Introduces waste treatment and production of alternative protein into a sustainable and green solution to tackle problems above by advanced automation software and integrated system. This solution is a breakthrough in the industry because it will overcome obstacles in the conventional waste management method and production of feed meals in the current landscape.
Firstly, we collect the wastes from farmers and input into the waste treatment machinery for processing before pass to the feeding process where the black soldier fly’s (BSF) larvae will feed on those processed materials. After that, those larvae reach a maturity stage that consists of sufficient protein as feed meals and then dried up during the production system before send to feed meals producers or farmers.
Our main beneficiaries are farmers and local communities, which directly impacted from land and air pollutions previously around Tuaran to Kota Belud, Sabah. For farmers, we have both companies and individuals in agriculture industry pass wastes to us for treatment with minimum costs. For communities, we have safeguarded 10-20 villages' privileges of native lands for future production usage.
We currently collecting 100 tones of waste monthly from local farms and agriculture industries into our production system and produce feed meals around 20 to 50 tones of feed meals per month. We also lower down the usage of land as waste dumping areas by 30-40% till now and looking to increase the rate consistently by 5-10% in the next 2 years. Next, we are tackling overloaded of food and agricultural wastes that create negative impacts to the environment and ecosystem. In the mean time, we upcycle those wastes into feeding BSF for production of feed meals that have higher quality of protein as compared to other ingredients. Eventually, those feed meals will go back to fish farms or livestock which is essential part of our food system. We are mitigating environment pollutions and protect the healthy food system.
We started our R&D since 2018 with the support of Malaysian government Ministry of Technology and currently looking to commercialize into full scale. We innovate the traditional human feeding BSF approach that have hygiene problems, negative impacts to human respiratory system and low quality of BSF proteins into automation of production system that cut down labor line and refrains from those issues incurred in conventional methods. Moreover, this also increases the efficiency of high quality BSF larvae production.
We has diverse board of directors, coming from engineering background to finance professionals from the corporate world. One of our co founders is PhD holder in Engineering who take charge of the technical side while the other co founder is experienced corporate man responsible for the
overall management of the Company. Also we work together with researchers and universities for R&D activities to innovate the solution. In addition, we joint with Junior Chamber International for further exposure to UNSDG and other social enterprise initiatives.
- Provide scalable, high-quality monitoring of carbon stocks in soil, peat, and marine environments, including at depth.
- Growth
1. Valuable mentorship from experienced start-up founders and industry players.
2. Networking with fellow peers and potential collaborators from around the globe to exchange experiences and expertise.
3. Exposure to new and innovative ideas that can improve current business model especially in branding and financial management.
4. Business expansion into international markets, limited by lack of legal knowledge on tax matters and licensing
5. Further improvement on technical matters especially integrating data analytics and cloud storage to support the business in overall.
- Product / Service Distribution (e.g. expanding client base)

We wish to raise awareness and educate industry stakeholders (farmers, agricultural producers and local communities) on the importance of protecting the land for long term prospect. We currently approaching
them via chamber of commerce and NGOs but we looking to increase our social media presence for more coverage. Our 5 years plan is expanding our outreach to West Malaysia and other South East Asia countries as an international social enterprise to share the sustainable solution among the stakeholders.
1. Total official international support to developing countries in South East Asia: Currently in Malaysia and Philippines
2. Integration of waste management for household based on %, Target 100%, now 10%
3. Hazardous waste generated per capita or proportion of hazardous waste treated, by type of treatment
4. Tons of material recycled: Targeted at 1000 per month, currently 100 tons monthly
5. Proportion of land that is degraded over total land area
(i) Consistent production level of waste treatment and feed meals
(ii) Develop and maintain level of protein in BSF larvae to 65% in comparison to market average of 5-10%
(iii) Fully automated and integrated system from waste treatment and recycling of waste back into the agro-food ecosystem, enhancement of quality and productivity
(iv) Reduces treatment costs and negative environmental impacts by lowering the reliance of labour intensive in conventional methods. Also, cut down the harmful acidic elements in the waste to pollute land and water.
Our solution is an innovative integrated system that starts from waste treatment to production of alternative protein though our fully automated machine and supported by customized software in analyzing data inside the recycled waste that ready for feeding the BSF (black soldier flies) larvae.

We recruit our team members regardless of their background and open to inclusive working environment. In addition, we encourage women empowerment and minorities group to join us in building this solution together. For example, our team has more than 51% woman and our workforce consists of people from diverse background. We also practice the value of equity in our business and introduce to stakeholders in order to build positive impacts to the people around us
Waste Treatment: Primarily Malaysia market as 45% of 12.84 million tonnes total waste is organic waste annually and ASEAN markets by introducing joint venture or licensing of system/production methods. The market is booming, as global waste management market can reach up to USD2.48 trillion by 2030 Our target customer segments as below:
(i) Arable farms: Divide into grain crops (wheat, maize, rice, barley) and pulse crops
(lentil, beans, peas).
(ii) Market gardens: Small farms for vegetables and fruits
(iii) Plantations: Large estates for commercial soft commodities such as palm oil, cocoa
and coffee.
(iv) Poultry farms: Wastes or manures from animal husbandry.
(v) Aquaculture
We reach out to target audience via government agencies, chamber of commerce and associations in both local and international markets.
BSF larvae: Focuses on markets in developed countries and customers use BSF larvae as their ingredients for production of feed meals. We currently utilizing ecommerce platforms (online) and partnerships to reach out to customers in the targeted markets.
(i) Animal feed meal producers USD460 billion by 2026 globally
(ii) Pet food manufacturers USD119 billion by 2027
(iii) Aquaculture expected USD463 billion by 2027 in ASPAC region.
