Fingerprints as Personal Life Historical Digitazion

A tablet or apps that scan fingerprints everyperson. Because everyone has different fingerprints, no one can not decepting about their identities. Everyperson fill the identity form about theirs name, birth, race, height and et cetera. Then,when they are face   the election, crime jurisdictionn, medical assesment or treatment, accident or anything, we can scan their fingerprints and all data about them appear automaticly like  its medical history, crime,salary, work historical, flight historical and et cetera (this feature must be used by government to secure  their  identity, I'am afraid if this data use by bad people and they searching about secured witnesses for erase crime  evidence. But, if uses by public purpose, it  will show  about theirs name, place and date of birth, gender.

Everyaction, activities and place they have been done is tracked. When they go   to hospital, they put their fingerprints   and their data appear and its  history  track automaticly is send to center server. It can use to track international human trafficking.But it will be costly.

It will be cheaper if used  center server  to track his identity  with fingerprints with tablet and if specific purpose must use to prove the   identity. We can  put his/her  fingerprints  to know that that person is the real  one. We can add this and edit the information everywhere with   this  apps. And login only use the fingerprint  and edit the information. So other people can   not edit others information. 

This is a new process for solving  the challenge. We only use  fingerprints as a unique that differentiate each person. Many people trying to be another people with imitate identity card  to get others voting right especially in Indonesia and India, heritage and et cetera. Now, some smartphone use Fingerprints to unlock its menu  or application. So, it will be easier to mimic the principal as a key to solve identity problem.  

Then, them get card  with its identity to verify that their data was registered. And if election or anything,they need  tap fingerprints to verify its identity.

As a solutive one, each person only need tap his finger to the apps as a login and sign up. And no one has same fingerprints, so other  people can not login as the others or edit its information.

In rural area even inland, must be descendand of government who register its citizen. Each person only fill their name, place  and date of  birth, blood type and capture his and her photo.  

If, other  facilities for example medical assesment, the hospital only need our fingerprints to tap  in his tablet to know our personal information. Historical  data do not appear in public sector, only general  information. Only government can see our historical data (history payment, medical, et cetera that use fingerprints for record our identity) 

Each government in  each country has a fund for several project specifically registering its  citizen. If fingerprints apps is make, we need big server and one tablet for each inland and descendand of government register them. For city which have modern people we only need educate them how to use it (with  online  video training). It more cheaper if use  little and cheaper smartphone with alumunium or copper  pan (the best one to capture wave signal)  as signal   receiver.

We only tap their finger  in smartphone or tablet   and fill 5 elements. Theirs name,   place and date of birth,  blood type, address   (that   can   use   gps integration) and their photos  that is captured by tablet   or smartphone camera.  Its more easier  with help of descendand   of government in inland area. 

This solution can integrate with some registering   server that government  have. Several government can make central server to integrate this   data to other facilities. So, in the future, if we go to market, to made payment it will record our   activities. Or   even we go to hospital or anyplace, if we put our   name and finger print system  for payment or just begin with assesment   filling form, our data appear in the facilities.

We only need signal receiver from copper   pan    and descendant. The descendant must register the people identity with tapping their fingers and ask their identity one by  one with help the local who  knew local language and national  language.  

In the future, there is no  more deceptive and coercing issues about suffrage,  war to claim heritage,  decepting the death of someone to get heritage, problem to get medical service because   no identity card and lead to number of death because the   regulation to   get ID Card need   more time.

We only need tap our   finger, to show them our   identity. To verify who we are easier.

Government, to make an regulation.  We can easily spotting  our problem and get fund and support  if talk with minister.

Some artist to   collect fund and promote  the program. The artist usually have social sensitivity especially this sollution.

In my country, the identity problem never sprout out due to low level government always said to complainer "You will get the resut soon",but it will be never come if you can’t pay as much they want.Issues as identities use by other to claim he has been dead to take his heritage, decepting suffrage when election, decepting the identity to claim other people's medical insurance and etc are problem that never end.They victim,always complained but they true intention will be granted with  money. Through this I want world where others can stand and struggle their identities even with ideas.

1. Funding, this solution need supply. We can make report to make government  join in this program, so overall financing can   be supported  by government. 

2. Local government, it usually   cut some fund  to their personal use and make false report and evidence then will say that program has   been done. We can control  it with primary budgeting and internal auditing
