Present time in developing countries, customers spent public funds and time on ecological and social impact reports. We are planning to develop software, it will allow for technical supervision companies, project management units to develop reports in an easy, fast and precise manner. It is an environmental and social impact assessment (further ESIA) for infrastructure projects. Which is funded by international financial institutions World Bank and Asian Development Bank, EBRD and ISDB.

Why we chose this idea, first Eric and I worked together in the Road Construction Project Management Unit. Secondly, we realized during the preparation of the ESIA that it took us 6-7 months and $200,000. It could be done faster up to 50%, more economically up to 60%, by using the software. Third, Eric is leading the environmental non-profit movement.

The project is at the intersection of IT technology and environmental issues. Why our team can do it, we have worked on three projects worth $250 million. We have experience in implementing infrastructure projects, roads, and rural water supply systems. I have experience in project management, fundraising, investment attraction, contract administration. Eric has knowledge and experience on environmental issues in international projects. Abitesh is a developer and implemented retail systems with AI for US companies.  Altynay has long been involved in marketing, and one of the projects has gone beyond the country and become international.

After the research, we received feedback from customers that are ready to work with us. That there is a demand for ESIA products, such as an environmental management plan, and training to complete this report.

Firstly, we decided to prototype, secondly, our team has been enriched with new employees – a business process consultant, a lawyer, and an account manager. Thirdly, we gained good experience and understanding of the way we should choose after the classes at YC startup school 2020. We did some research, where we talked with clients to take into account their needs.  We want to change the ESIA consulting mode from offline to online reporting with cloud resources.

A startup team of experienced experts who know each other. The plan is, once the prototype is developed, we will test it. Customers will check how the software works, as we have agreements. After finalizing the program, in case of any comments. We present the software to donor organizations and ministries, as they are interested in ESIA. We plan to make the version in three languages, English, French, and Russian. In the second stage, to sell the software in Central and South Asia. We have partners in Afghanistan, Mongolia, Nigeria, and Bangladesh.

We are based in two countries Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Bangalore, India, we plan to open a foreign office outside, but it will be in the next stage, for interactions with partners. 

We started working on the initial stage of software development, a minimal viable product. We conducted the research during the last two months, as a result, about 20 organizations were interviewed, the first to respond to the Ministry of Transport, project implementation departments, donor organizations. 

We are working under SDG #13 climate changing and improving situation in that area, such as infrastructure projects.

this space is massive and my team was born to tackle this problem. We are planning to change the situation from manually developed reports to the cloud platform, where EIA reports will be placed and accessed 24/7.

We read about EcoVadis, they raised $200 million. They're working with CSR. They're doing EIA scoring. Codigy does the environmental software to the client's order. We looked at the SaaS rating. Many versions are not adapted to the needs of international financial institutions and infrastructure projects. We assume that the Big 4 or other consulting companies providing EIA preparation services have internal software. However, their services are very expensive for developing countries. We will make the software available by using local experts.

There are big companies also working in that area, like IBM, Oracle, Google, Salesforce, in a total SaaS market estimated at 200B$.

1. We prepared an ESIA for a 45 million USD of international project Kyrgyzstan - Kazakhstan Transport Corridor.

2. At present, an international consultant to write the ESIA at a cost of $20,000 per month, and three-four local consultants will be assisting. They will write the ESIA for six months. When all this can be done through SaaS.

3. We know how to do it cheaper, faster via software.

After finalizing the program, in case of any comments. We present the software to donor organizations and ministries, as they are interested in ESIA. We will use the SAAS model.

The payment will be by subscription.

Payment will depend on the complexity and scope of work.

It will be enough to cover our initial expenses for the first year. We will present to ministries, project management units and construction supervision consulting companies our SaaS product.

We estimate that in the next 10 years we will be able to earn a hundred million USD.
