Smart Infrastructural Solutions (SIS)
Climate change is a constant reminder of the adverse changes that come with development. However most of the developed world is rising up to the occasion with unique ways of bettering the climate crisis – this in stark contrast to the lack of solutions and or integration of modern techniques in developing countries to help battle this crisis. With 63% of the worlds emissions created as a result of developing countries, it is easy to see that without a sustainable and carbon friendly growth strategy the rest of the world will be fighting a losing battle. This as a result of the use of old but proven technologies used in infrastructural and energy creation whose inefficiencies gravely endanger the ability for developing nations to contribute in surmounting the climate crisis as the rest of the world; upending the scale and rendering futile the efforts of most developed nations.
SIS or smart infrastructural solutions combines modern carbon friendly building techniques with innovative green energy solutions at cost friendly rates; using the excess green energy created by these homes and buildings to feed the larger needs of already existing infrastructures reducing further the overall cost and reducing the need for alternative (pollutive) energy sources. This solution will also monitor, through a centralized hub the energy demands and control the delivery and output of the green energy solutions as per demand. We will also provide these solutions to already existing infrastructures reducing the need for a larger footprint to get the same result. Our aim is to make as many existing and new infrastructures carbon friendly and use the footprints of these buildings as green energy producing bases which connect to our central hub and inject their energy into the energy grid, reducing the reliance on alternative energy solutions, providing cheaper infrastructure with carbon neutral designs and implementation, reducing the cost of production and distribution of green energy and tracking the progress of these solutions through a centralized hub.
This solution touches the lives of individuals in developing countries specifically in Africa because of their fast growth and relative expansions without consideration of the effects their development has on the planet as a whole. Our solution will help drive down the cost of building carbon neutral homes by reducing the reliance on age old building techniques and focus on new alternative construction materials that are readily available as well as using their homes as green energy generation stations feeding their needs and injecting some into the grid, making their homes cheaper in the long run as their energy needs won’t be a factor and by extension reducing emissions even as they expand. We also are going to be training contractors these new techniques as well as providing green energy jobs to the expanding communities building an ecosystem of carbon friendly citizens and cities.
Del-Jaynie Corp and their SIS team have a well of experience with infrastructural development and the understanding of the need for expanding communities to rely on green energies as they expand. We are also well versed with the economic and societal constraints that individuals and governments of developing countries need to consider before engaging in development of infrastructures as we have worked for over 6 years developing and building homes in some of the most remote communities as well as in urban areas. Our proximity to the people as well as our experience lends credence to our vast well of knowledge when it comes to the needs of the people when it comes to their cost of living and understanding how to overcome these costs while developing our systems and techniques to monitor, create and construct homes that will be carbon neutral, green energy producing and reliant as well as being a source of everyday energy to these communities. Implementing these solutions also requires a massive acceptance of its implementation by governments in these developing countries which also gives us an upper hand as we have worked with the government of Cameroon over 6 years in their construction projects thereby giving us the ability to make Cameroon the testing platform for our solutions and in a long run show it’s effectiveness making other developing African nations see the need for our solutions.

We are applying to Solve, because we believed there are organizations and individuals who understand the effects of climate change and the need for green energy in relation to infrastructure and development who have individual solutions and ideas to specific problems and through this application can connect with them and make our solution better. We also need legal and administrative partnerships that will help bridge the gap between ourselves and African developing governments to understand the need for these solutions as well as implement them into their infrastructural plans for the future guaranteeing development and emergence with climate change at the forefront. We also are looking for partnerships with carbon neutral construction material firms and green energy production equipment companies to further make our ability to sell these ideas to everyday people easy and grant us more credibility as we implement our solutions on a large scale. Financing is another axis on which we seek to apply to Solve as we believe scaling up our implementation will require massive financial input that will result in financial gains of similar proportions moving forward.
- Financial (e.g. improving accounting practices, pitching to investors)
Our solution is systemic as it focuses on the reasons why developing nations and their citizens can’t access the ability to not only grow but do so sustainably contributing to the fight against climate change. Our solution focuses on the cost of the homes, the cost of green energy production and how to muster the excess energy for the needs of everyone reducing reliance on alternative energy needs. Our solution is human centered as we focus on the income of everyday individuals and how to fashion infrastructural solutions that fit their cost, and at the same time reduce their long term energy cost and reliance on inefficient energy sources, while giving them the leverage to contribute to the global reduction of carbon emissions. The same can be said for governments and their infrastructural developments.
For the next year, we plan on completing our energy monitoring system, assuring and reinforcing our value chain as well as supply chain for equipment and materials that will enable us build our first homes and government buildings in Cameroon, implement our first 10 homes after training personnel, contractors and technicians in our new modern implementations. Our goal at the end of the year is to make sure that we have built 10 homes and or government buildings and implemented our energy solutions to them and using our systems monitor their production value and sell the rest of the energy produced to the grid to offset the cost of the implementation of these energy systems.
In the next 5 years, we envisage retrofitting and or constructing (by us or through affiliate contractors) 20,000 homes and infrastructural implementations with green energy stations and regulating and monitoring their production and selling their excess to the grid. Making the offer attractive to many users and at the same time breaking even and venturing into other countries and communities on the continent.

We have been over the past 6 years developed and built structures through government contracts and private home contracts. We have also through subcontractors built service structures through contracts that have been the bedrock on which we have raised finances to pursue our ultimate goal.
