Automed information system DRIVERS TESTING

 "Drivers testing" is a single automated information system that allows for admission to testing through face recognition 

A new electronic test system for obtaining a driver's license, which uses instant identification based on the biometric parameters of the person.

This system was developed in the framework of the implementation of reforms in the road safety system of the Kyrgyz Republic and the improvement of the theoretical test process on the knowledge of the rules of the road.
For admission and testing, students will need to be identified by face geometry using a webcam installed on the training equipment. The comparison is made in an automated mode using a photograph in the passport of the student.
If the system detects any inconsistencies, the testing will be terminated, the exam results will be canceled, the driver's license will not be issued. At the same time, the history of passing the exam with fixing the face image is saved in the system. In case of failure, the cadet can read the test history and appeal the results.

This system was developed in the framework of the implementation of reforms in the road safety system of the Kyrgyz Republic and the improvement of the theoretical test process on the knowledge of traffic rules.

These measures are aimed at improving the system of checking the theoretical knowledge of students on the knowledge of the rules of the road and the eradication of procedures for illegally passing examinations and obtaining driver's licenses, which, as a result, should increase the level of safety on roads throughout the country.

The history of exams (on line tests) with fixing the face image is saved in the system In case of failure, the student can read the test history and appeal the results.To track the process, video cameras were installed in all registration and examination departments of the Department of Registration of Vehicles and Drivers, which allows you to observe the process of exams throughout the country

As we know, the solution we have lanched within the System of drivers testing, face recognition in order to exlude the possibility of changing students to pass the test,  testing will be terminated, the results of the exam will be canceled, the driver's license will not be issued. Which also excludes personal interacction of other people into the process of testing. further more this solution was integrated within the system of Safe City to identify the owner of the vehicle. In Central Asian and even CIS face recognition within testing for getting drivers license is used for the first time. 

Our solution can be integrated into the process of border control, system of education, Safe city, elections or any other identification process and so on. 

We are in fact owners of the data bases within the State Population Registry and all inforamtion is under our responsibility, secured properly. 

For nowaday all offices have a good internet connection, including the possible urgent connection incase the electricity is off, or if our solution will be working in mountainous areas we can suggest mobile internet cover. And we have trainers to teach and to explain by having special classes, or via skype videocall

For sure our solution will be integrated into the other systems as well. As our service deals with the automation of services, it has a great opportunity. F.ex., Kazakstan, Uzbekistan have already visited us to learn more about our solutions, systems, elections system.  

currently we are technical support of the Safe City system of traffic control using our solution of face recognition, as well as cooperation with the border controll and many other state agencies using our Population registry data bases - passport, transport, real estate, drivers license, biometrics.

We are owners of the Population registry, collecting data, saving, keeping and securing - all these functions are conducted by our service. And we develope Software to automate systems of registration and its transition to e-Government.

First of all we want to share our experience of qualified and useful solution aimed to make identification easier,rendered services more secure. Our face recognition solution doesn't need many funds to implement, and was developed by our software programmers.It can be used while border control, which make life of people crossing the border prompt, which means no queue, saving time of people. Mechanism of identification of the voter by fingerprints, and face recognition. This mechanism immediately rejects the fraud or the admission to vote of another person not registered in the registration. After identification, the voter is entitled to vote.

For now, we have no barriers, it's already being widely used, as well as it was used during the presidential elections in 2017 in the Kyrgyz Republic. We used double authentication - fingerprints and face recognition of voters in order to exclude the possibility of double voting.
