LiveEverywhereTM 3D printed sustainable skyscrapers network
Affordability, Mobility, Climate & Sustainability crisis: the UN projects by 2030 there will be 3 billion people homeless globally. Bill Gates foundation says we need to build 1 New York City each month for the next 40 years just to meet the demand! On top of that, we have climate crisis with rising temperatures that will make southern cities uninhabitable in the summer. Major cities become so expensive, young families can not afford to live there. On top of that we saw mass COVID exodus from NYC & San Francisco and other major cities. The climate crisis is so massive, during COP26
LiveEverywhereTM by X3EM Mobility Living is a global network of 3D printed, sustainable and affordable skyscrapers, stacked with mobile container homes, includes vertical farm inside the building to feed residents and a water from air generation and energy storage system. We combine basic needs of Shelter, Food and Energy in one place, not seeing since Humanity started to move from Villages to Cities 7000 years ago! Smart Skyscrapers which feed you, provide water, energy and housing mobility!
The initial opportunity in North America to reach out to young families 25-35 yo via Wedding and Baby registries and later at scale to Fortune 500 employees who worked with a company for at least 5 years.
Because our team solves our own personal problem and we're excited about solving it! Our founder had a perfect life in California, a wife, a house, a car. Until one day the economy tanked, he lost his job and start working on his (previous) startup. Suddenly his wife gave me an ultimatum – find paying job or she leaves. He chose startup life so she filed for divorce. Bootstrapping startup he had to sell his car to keep startup and keep with mortgage payments, eventually, run out of money, and the bank put the house into foreclosure. He got lucky his realtor sold his house 1 day before the foreclosure auction but he had to move out to another state and lost his friends and become depressed and alone. Mortgages can devastate people’s lives! That’s why he’s passionate about solving the housing affordability crisis! He’s not alone! 3 in 5 Americans live from Paycheck to Paycheck. And 1 billion people worldwide in need of housing and if we do nothing 3B will be homeless by 2030.
- Enable mass production of inexpensive and low-carbon housing, including changes to design, materials, and construction methods.
- Prototype
We want to get attention of the best people at MIT to join our startup of course! And use this platform not only to attract talent but also visionary investors who will be our perfect partners in solving the housing and climate crisis.
- Financial (e.g. improving accounting practices, pitching to investors)
Our US patent granted 3D printing technology allows us to 3D print skyscrapers which is mind-boggling! With traditional 3D printing can do only couple floors our tech allows 30+ and even 100 floors. Our innovation is embedding steel cables and utilizing post-tensioning techniques with combination of green concrete with graphene inside which allows us to use 30% less concrete retaining the same strength.
Imagine Amazon 1-click Build where robots 3D print skyscrapers and stack those with container houses. Imagine a network of those skyscrapers around the world. No matter what happens - a new job in a new city or a climate crisis forcing you to become a climate migrant! You will be able to take your home with you and live everywhere!
Not only it revolutionize construction it's a new way of living for millions and billions who now homeless globally and will have a chance to have their dream of housing realized.
For 1st year we want to impact a small group of early adopters by giving them a change to be the 1st adopters living in the World's 1st 3D printed skyscraper. In 5 years we will see a global LiveEverywhereTM network of sustainable skyscrapers with each feeding, housing and sheltering and providing energy for 300 families per each skyscraper.
One of KPIs is how many people we help with affordable housing as well as meals per day provided from our vertical gardens inside our skyscrapers. Other KPI is how much each skyscraper will sequester CO2 from the surrounding air, including from original building construction, using green concrete with graphene. For example a 16-story building can sequester up to 1 kiloton of CO2 during construction and between 0.25 kiloton and 0.5 kiloton/year during operations. Licensing this technology to other real estate developers and seeing it implemented in 33,333 new buildings will result in a 500 million ton CO2 reduction by 2050.
With Air2Water integrated technology we will provide fresh water to residents , at least 500 liters per day per building.
With our state of the art 3D printing tech, green cement infused with graphene, and combining sustainable tech like Air2Water extraction and energy storage system as well as recycling waste into vertical garden inside, which also sequesters CO2 we expect not only to help solve the housing affordability crisis and get people prepared for upcoming climate migrations. We also believe the outcome will be happy and productive homeowners who are pioneering a new way of sustainable and climate-friendly lifestyle. And with the introduction of Housing as a benefit, we'll see happy and productive employees. A flourishing wave of new eco-friendly cities, built by climate-conscious billionaires like Marc Lore, Bezos, Gates, Musk, and many more. With main outcome of saving Humanity from the mass extinction caused by the Climate Crisis.
Core technology is based on our IP with a US patent granted. It allows us to embed steel cables and do post tensioning, allowing us to print skyscrapers. Combining this with existing Air2Water extraction and energy storage as well as vertical garden integration allows us to offer unique and sustainable housing which have not being seen since Humanity started to move from villages to cities 7000 years ago.

We're hard-working immigrants from Ukraine so we know all the ills of the lack of diversity current businesses in America experiencing. Specifically, financing goes only to rich white folks and their friends in the network.
Initially focusing on young families 25-35 yo who just got married and/or having a baby. We will reach them via Baby & Wedding Registries, sending them a small $10 gift card with our brochure with available housing options. At scale we'll target valuable employees of Fortune 500 companies who worked with a company for at least 5 years. We will reach those via HR departments, offering a new type of benefit - Housing as a benefit. Effectively bringing China's corporate microcities trend to the USA and the rest of North America.
- Individual consumers or stakeholders (B2C)
Initially winning SOLVE challenge and getting capital from investors and government grants. With success of our pilot we will create a buzz among early adopters and a waiting list for people who want to live in the World's first 3D printed skyscraper. Quickly we will become profitable generating $10s of Millions per each 3D printed skyscraper as well as monthly revenue in the form of condo fees. We will also license our experience and tech so we can scale up green and sustainable housing solution globally, not only achieving profitability and also contribution to helping solving Climate Crisis by sequestering CO2 inside our vertical farms.
We just finished UScale PropTech accelerator at UMiami and in due diligence with an investor. And of course being frugal and bootstrapping entrepreneurs we know how to stretch a buck. I also wrote a book last year and sending it to VCs and influential investors like Brad Feld and Tim Draper, the latest one is Joe Polish at Genius Network. We believe in the power of Networks as we stand of the shoulders of others who supports us. We also exploring the way to issue and sell CO2 credits to major climate creators who sees us as climate & Humanity rescuers.
