We working on automating all the admin tasks for real estate agents to close transactions. We provide real estate developers an access to maximize the outreach to real estate individuals across the globe.
We aim through our FinTech arm to stimulate the transactions process between all involved in the real estate business. A 360 look at the real estate business; shared economy, prop-tech, and fintech. It's the disruptive move from advertising mood to a transactional mood.

Year one :

● The user acquisition strategy objective is to acquire an agent at a cost of 10 USD, and a developer at a cost of 200 USD.

● The lifetime value of real estate agents on average is 3 years, which means we make 360 USD. And The lifetime value of real estate developers on average is 2 years, which means we make 18,000 USD per developer.

● LADestate is to invest 202,000 USD in GCC. The investment’s objective is to reach 10,000 Agents from the GCC, and 10 Developers by the end of year one.

● The required resources are a full digital marketing team, and a business development manager - GCC Developers Focus.
Year two :

● After a successful year one, we will double-up our investment in marketing to 400,000. The focus is MENA, and the Objective is to acquire 19,000 real estate agents, and 100 real estate developers. Total expected revenue 2.9 million dollars.

● Increase our business development team to three, this will allow us to cover the demographic expantion.
Year three :

● LADestate is qualified by the UK government for the tax relief program. This will allow us to invest upto 12 million pounds tax relief.

huge to attract a pool of 70,000 real estate agents, and approximately 250 real estate developers.
Year four :
● We will double up our digital marketing acquisition two times. Which means we will invest two millions in digital marketing acquisition strategy. We will increase our headcount by two more business development managers to cover the hottest geographic locations in Europe.

● We have two strategic locations for our HQ, in the UK. We will take full advantage of the UK tax relief program, the location is very strategic to have a full, and stable presence across europe and UK. and we can run the sales, marketing, and operation from the HQ.

● The 2nd strategic location is the UAE, this will empower us to have a strong presence to run the company on this side of the world. Not to mention that Egypt is one of the hot spots to consider for a big office opening, based on the budget approvals at this point of time.
