we have enough resources and support from various institution , that is cooperate bank and the county government of kisumu  and that puts us in better position

we are passionate to solve this social problem identified by solve plus many more that will be identified

Our solution is more scientific in providing the services and making the employees feel safe and secure since we involve the use of machines in bringing security and doing cleaning within our organization and in payment methods 

to build more improved facilities to double the income and at the same time increase the number of care workers trained and that makes them more accessible by clients 

so many people are supporting us in this project , that include our lecturer Dr. Atandi , the county government of kisumu 

change is invertible and we believe that change is needed everyday to bring more satisfaction in this wants of human being

the engineering works and medicinal exploration brings us a lot more confidence and make everything looks possible in our eye and we will make those dreams come true

We are committed to listening to people and problem that surrounds them and getting ideas from experts who have worked in the field of research before   to make us more stable and ready to deal with whatever that comes our way , that is the challenges that my district us from reaching our goals 

our model is creating so many facilities to offer training services to individuals who are interested in care work unit and as we have observed keenly, soo many people are intrested  and this will let us earn more money in fee charged during training hence we will be able to pay back debt used in building facilities

taking Loans from the bank especially cooperative who we have considered and consulted and has therefore approved us eligible for the amount we want and ready to support us

cooperate bank has agreed to give us loans and we have some support from government especially from our governor from kisumu has agreed to support the project
