Pastoralists Maasai aandd Barbaiqw women are allowed to milk cows and use the milk and sale for their needs and family needs. Our organization need to support these women groups to have new 8 Modern Kitchens for milk processing ,which is collecting , boiling and process and produce yogurt.
Two groups already have the processing knowledge from Heifer International Organization but other women groups did not have the knowledge, but we can continue go and teach with Heifer international organization to the groups if we can be supported .
When Nomadic Indigenous Pastoralists Maasai women can be supported in economic opportunities they will be able to solve some of challenges facing their girls at schools like in Namnyaki girls secondary school.
5,000$ USD grant can help make one each small Modern kitchen plus trainings so for 8 kitchens it cost 5000x8 = 40,000$ USD grant needed for Nomadic Indigenous Pastoralists women project for Milk processing project.
When Nomadic Indigenous Pastoralists Maasai women can be supported in economic opportunities they will be able to solve some of challenges facing their girls at schools like in Namnyaki girls secondary school and care their families and have their person need.

The organization Namnyaki Maasai girls and women organization ( NAMGWO) has enabled and mobilized 8 women groups in 8 regions in Tanzania which are three groups in Iringa , 3 groups in Mbeya and 2 groups in Morogoro to be like pilot project groups so that others can learn from them as phase one.
Gender based violence ( GBV) has-been practiced in these Nomadic Indigenous Pastoralists Maasai and Barbaig communities this is because women are not allowed to own any wealth in these Nomadic Indigenous Pastoralists communities like Barbaig ,all cattle and land and other properties are owned by men, women fails to do their own and family activities.

Participatory Approach was the best way to interact with the indigenous pastoralists , as among the Pastoralists community i was able to identify their real need especially the women need and the root of the problem, through this project of Milk processing culturally is acceptable and the men shall know exactly the source of the income of their wive , because if the husband do not know exactly the source of the income of their wives , some conflict may raise.
We provide training for on land rights, and environmental protection and entepreneyrship training but we provide secondary education to Indigenous Maasai and Barbaig girls because our organization won Namnyaki girls secondary school, because our goal is to empower indigenous pastoralists girls and women in education and economic opportunities
