improving empowerment for youth girls and adult women
After our investigation In our Fizi territory, we found many adult women and youth girls didn’t have an oppotunity to finish or acces the studies at primary or secondary schools, some are also educated but still live in poverty and without any hope and others are not educated but talented with the idea aof progressing in development but lives without any beggining income generating activity and where to improve his talent ; That is to say across our DR Congo country and Africa, youth girls and women are disproportionately unable to attend school or unable to achieve their desired employment. Without any education or income, women are extremely vulnerable to poverty, abuse, and gender-based violence.
They are now confused, they don’t know what to do and how to create income and handle their financial situation, they still facing to many problems up to now in our community like : discriminations, violences, joblessness and not be hiring in many sectors of development like envirornment, small industries and business and so on. We can not keep quite to underline if they are not involved in any activity of entrepreneurship in order to get different skills in entrepreunership and envirornmental that can allow them to create their own initiatives to rehance their potential economics and reduce their poverty then promoting the gender equality in our societies because many are still victims of ecomic violence ; others are single parents, and they don’t know how to take care of their children and pay schools fees to their children when as they don’t own any generating-income activity. Owing to all these , that why our association has an idea to organize this project that is a unique Continuing Professional Development that will solve these issues in our area of Fizi territory. So, We must make interventions designed to advance gender equality by targeting gender-specific barriers to the education or entrepreneurial training of young girls and adult women for their development; maintain the social dimensions of gender equality, not caused early marriages and pregnancies of our young girls, gender-related incentives and violence in our community and workplaces.
The AHAFECELT organization througt this project will equip them with the skills and knowledge in different domains like Tailoring, Soap making, Beauty, Computer sciences and the cookery to successfully their life and prepare youth girls and adult women for tomorrow's technics workplace for fighting against poverty and gender-based violence.
- Train youth girls and adult women in different professionals skills, like in tailoring, beauty, IT new technologies in order to get a good knowledge in the leadership ;
- Create a common platform to empower the youth girls and adult women network after gaining our professionals training,
- Raise up the economic powers and money stability of youth-girls and adult women in their lives after getting their own initiatives,
- Donate each groups of youth/ women different materials or equipment to start their own generating-income or business after professionals tuition,
- Reduce the poverty and effects of gender based violence that will promote gender equality in our community.
- Motivate these youth girls and adult women to be good leaders, businesswomen or entrepreneurs in their life.
Our solution will serve youth girls and adult women (aged between 18 to 40 years)
Our team is better placed for this innovation because we have more than 10 engineers in different domains organized with good capacity and good practice in these; so, we hope our project will be very realized once we get funds.

This solution is good because will going to change bad life of youth and adult women and once they get it many of them will reduce their poverty and enhance their potentials.
For next years the impact will be to see an increasing of more generating activities in our territory and areas, and every beneficiary will be able to do his initiative.

our tem goal's for becoming more diverse is to:
- Support the efforts of girls and women to shape a future and a more equal recovery in our communities as well as their effective participation in decision-making in the public sphere;
- Eliminate all forms inequalities inflicted to the women and girls and establish the various services adapted to their needs;
- Encourage women to make a fierce struggle for the elimination of provisions discriminatory within the community and fighting for the work’s right;
- To show women how to create income-generating activities for their families and participate in the informal economy;
-To undertake advocacy actions with the Politico-Administrative authorities and others government services intervening in the same sector to support the women works, the education continuity for orphan children and those of parents lives with disability.
