How can digital identification systems can help blacklisted people or (public) to be able to take full controls of their own data (case of south Africa)?

Privacy on Data is big issues today everyone know! data are misused without even they owner be notify. Our digital solution tackle this issues in smart way as long as we know all our barrier in front us.

Our solution named WPDSB will starting working in offline and online. This solution shall help blacklisted people or (public) from South Africa and southern Africa to be able to access and take or have full control of their data in safe and smart ways,

People using this solutions will have full controls of their
identity data information, Manage it,update it,ensure it is correctness and knew what third party are doing with their data including their location.
Our prototype work like this:

if my status change then my data CHANGE because i have access/control of my data.

if my data CHANGE then
i can access the services that i previously couldn't.

if people access my data then
i get notification AND view their reason AND Location AND what they will do with it

As our target is south Africa, this platform can be embed in old system(it can be connected to old systems (digital identification systems)through:

1. internet port + password system of this service

2. coding it or design it as library systems and add or call it in old system(digital identification system)

3. or be a platform with full sophisticated features

Warning: but we preferred to make it as an App and + his official Website.

How the solution is 'user-friendly':

User will have a friendly interface,ability to view data, change it by or if there is valide reason as(if my status change then my data CHANGE because i have access/control of my data. If my data CHANGE then i can access the services that i previously couldn't. If people access my data then i get notification AND view their reason AND Location AND what they will do with it)

How the solution ensures interoperability:

the way we designed our prototype, it will work or have ability to be connecting with other digital systems identification, it will have portability (it will be using with all platforms by utility if any)

How the solution accounts for low connectivity environments and for users with low literacy and numeracy levels:

with people have low literacy and numeracy levels, the App will have a help document (text mode and vocal mode)incorporated in, adapted to local language. About low connectivity our App work in offline mode too(with prediction of transfer data or try to transfer data in offline with all probability to catch all failure data transferred).

Our vision is to empower people by giving them full controls of their data.

to affect the lives and sustainability by our strong business model, our solutions will be so sophisticated in term of giving full control to the owner of data but in reasonable way and low costs.

This app will have some free service too and it shall be free to all users but for long-term sustainability we will start selling our premuin service (it shall be like package)to users and third party, and advertisement through (direct marketing) it means our business model will lying on Selling service to (users, third party as E commerce,survey company,Bank..) and direct Marketing and more..... our customer are globally.
