To create a self sustaining community system that utilizes natural lighting, rain water collection, Plastic Waste Segregation, kinetic energy recovery facilities from physical activity, and gray water farms for food.
The Solution will be to utilize every resource possible.
Every bit of sunlight with passive natural lighting.
Every drop of water from rain to be stored as water for utility, gray water for irrigation to supply food to the community.
Energy from a physical activity for energy generation.
Waste into useful objects like building blocks for houses.
Creating a thriving, self sustaining community by determining everything to be done and used from concept creation up to disposal, recovery and reuse into one continuous self sustaining system all inside one community.
Creating Food, Jobs, and Homes. Helping the World, Helping the Community, Helping the People.
This solutions solves problems regarding increasing numbers of waste in the planet by planning out creation to disposal and reuse, housing created from recycled and recovered waste, food shortage by self sustained agriculture, water shortage from water utilization, and unemployment by creating industries to be able accomplish such system.
My Theory of change is thru evolution. As I define it being lazy the right way, since people learned to be farmers from being hunters and gatherers because hunting is tough work. Creating a whole community following a system of self sufficiency and sustainability will allow people to be lazy the right way, having everything they need to live all inside the comforts of their own community.
The outcome of this solution will benefit small and big communities alike by providing them their needs to survive. It can be deployed to them in phases depending on the condition of the community and can be implemented to and deployed to complement their current status and gradually complete the system of sustainability.

My Solution isn't exactly unique but the combination of different approaches and fields combined into a complete system in which one cannot function without the help of the community itself.
This solution allows the people of the community to take responsibility of their own development and not just rely on technology to make their lives better.
The use of this technology is human-centered by giving ability to provide the needs for human survival but it also requires the help of the community in order to be successful.
It will be deployed in phases and would require the help of the community to utilize the resources on the spot to make it.
