Care for someone else.

Care for someone else  specifically want to meet the need of elderly, children and vulnerable children at rural remote areas with care. Members who care for their family members often  do not take it seriously this work as their role until they realized the good part of it as a care giver. Care giver may not see the result of planning  the cost of future care service and support. 

Since our communities have been hit by increase of teen, single mothers there is a consistent empowering and support for them to be community active members than being recipients and burden. Parenthood is one of the most human role which builds children who later becomes community members.  Moreover the community has not done much to improvise and respond to this challenge and we are to create a platform for them to come together and share their ideas, experiences and challenges they are facing for a proper effective solution.  Empowering life skill and partnership promotional projects will be contacted in the program creating women clubs. This will enable formation of women discussions that will create an environment to discuss and find out solutions on the challenges they face.  A Girl-Child program will be formed to supplement and promote responsibility with positive action.

To be a community empowering, supporting and socio-eco alleviating organization on a community based/involvement strategy seeking to improvise existing mechanism. To identify community challenges and social mechanisms, helping underprivileged societies, building community interdependent empowerment and development of network to build a well being support contributing to the national concern on changing lives. Understand the care giver's role or duty and its responsibility, care giving concepts and benefits.  Identify the role of care giving  among all and promote its own. Risk management for future goals and its outcomes.  Well structured or strategy well in place, provide use of policies and documents and tools for all clients, doors open for everyone for services. 

The targeted group are direct beneficiaries  and direct customers caregiver and caretakers. My solution will impact positive lives to all.  Care for someone else implements strong strategies  for this groups, elderly, vulnerable and orphans that will empower then and enable them to fell accepted in the society and the community. 

Many children have been left to live with older grandparents and become child headed families due to the impacts HIV and/or AIDS and other related issues on their families. Moreover, many orphans are left to grow up without enough support for their physical, social and mental development. Therefore there has been an urgent need to assist and support them to pass through the crisis and to maintain their education long enough to be able to grow up normally and be responsible and active community members. Psychosocial support for OVCs is crucial to mitigate the long term impact of challenges faced by our community. Also, as the number of OVCs increases, there is a need to support and provide appropriate assistance. The OVC program will offer child support and development through kids clubs and activities that will be categorized by the ages which will provide activities promoting and providing community children empowerment.

We are a legally registered and we are working hard to help young boys and girls with different skills, as care for someone else we have passion to work with this group because the pain we know, I as a leader of the group, am a care giver, a member of Home Based care group in our area, I see how people are struggling outside, even elderly people without table and no one to go and get them.  As members of Home Base care we go and check our patient as am given a patient and work on behalf of a nurse, going to the clinic get tablets, we help them washing.  Care giving is a lot to do , it needs passion from within, because is unpaid work no benefits.

I apply to solve financial crises  and also technical support. To empower with different skills. We make sure we have projects also to generate income for themselves.

My solution provides a new approach solution  to the crises/problem. I expect good care for rural remote areas.

For the past  years I  have learned that all, across the nation, how the care my solution provides a new approach to the problem and i expect good care for rural areas the foundation of our economy and  reflects on the double crises of a lack of good care and a lack of good jobs and notes that investing in the care economy creates a positive feedback loop that allows family caregivers to find quality care and care workers to find quality jobs. This is a  big crises around the world. We even see our elderly parents been kept in home without proper care, ending up with stress, depression and trauma, not that they are sick but no proper care giving.

Families across the country are facing financial strain, which has been made worse by COVID-19. We have not comprehensively reformed our family support system in the past three years and our changing economy has left millions of families behind. Access to care giving  is a collective problem that will take policy to solve; policy that raises poverty-level wages among caregivers and supports families in affording the care they need to make their lives work. Employers, caregivers, labor leaders, elected officials, and culture makers made clear at this spring’s event that we are at a historic moment in the fight to build a robust care economy.

I expect to reach out  3000 lives with passion and good caregiving.
