People living in developing countries face various challenges such as unemployment,lack of enough social amenities and insecurity which includes insecurity of their personal data. In the medical arena for instance, you will find the hospital management lodging false claims in-order for them to be paid by the national hospital insurance fund at the expense of patient contribution to the fund.This happens as a result of poor systems that are used to authenticate the transactions.

SMART BIO ID will be the ideal solution to this challenge.The SMART BIO ID will consolidate all the personal data this includes :Al-mater data,driving license data,medical record,pension data,insurance data,next of kin,occupation data ,personal revenue data and all crucial data that can be consolidated in the ID embedded with chip .This is because while one will be registered for the ID, his or her multi-modal bio-metrics have to be taken since they will be key in authentication.The reason multi-modal bio metrics is efficient is because it gives alternatives when it comes to authentication.An ideal example to justify  multi-modal bio metrics will be,if for instance person has been registered with finger prints bio metrics and iris recognition,if in the process of nature of work that he or she does the fingerprints get lost hence that person can use the alternative bio metrics.

I apply to the Mission Billion Challenge in order to bring the idea of Smart BIO ID which I believe it will be of great help to the developing countries.

My involvement in the Mission Billion Challenge will enable me advance my career objective in providing solutions that can be used to transform lives pf people more-so in developing economies

Lack of Smart Card technologies which will need to partner with smart card company such as Mastercard.There is also need to bring all the stakeholder key among them Government through National Registration Bureau, citizens and technology firms.
