The challenge solved by the eCLINIC HEALTH CARD is the loss of health data for pregnant women, infants, the disabled as well as the elderly and the disabled to ensure they receive appropriate health care health based on the challenges they face It also eliminates the inconvenience of having access to preliminary medical information when a patient is transferred to a health facility

The health care provider will register the patient or a system User on this special system, where each user will be given a unique number that they will use to discover their identity and show their medical history at the health facility. He went to get care.The card is scanned and the identity numbers will be like an input to the system and copy the data from the server and submit it to the healthcare provider.

The main targets of this system are pregnant women, infants, the disabled and the elderly.In the current health services they may not be able to meet the needs of these people because their data management system is very obsolete and thus leads to temporary care challenges or To open new files every time he goes to the health center.

Our team is made up of Sceince Professionals in Public Health, Computer Science, as well as health professionals and health care providers, so by integrating our Professions we believe in bringing about a productive and transformative solution in the field of health.

$200000 This is the perfect level to achieve this project and to start using it on a large scale. Legal issues will be involved including registering the system nationally and internationally and obtaining a license to be able to deploy it wherever there is a need for its use.The need for this system is huge. A total of 4,600,000 pregnant women, 12,000,000 infants,  4,320,000 elderly and 3,000,000 disabled people will benefit from the first phase of launching the system.

This solution is innovative because.It targets the target audience who are the number one cause or victim of the challenge in health care With that in mind, our Team has looked at this challenge and made it an Opportunity for designers and at the end of the day to increase revenue.

By 2025 our system is expected to be 87.32 percent widespread in health facilities in Tanzania This means that 43657657 beneficiaries will be served using this system,not only that but across neighbor countries and Abroad.

Our team will receive feedback, advice and make improvements based on user needs to achieve the goal, and ensure the system is user-friendly.

Every team member comes into an environment where there is a problem with the handling of health information for infants and pregnant mothers, so every idea that will be applied here will focus on realism. True from the environment 

Our technology uses software that is the Mobike app, Desktop application and the developer can access access even on webbased systems.

Calling for cooperation from health professionals over this system, this means the system is in Test but there is a strong desire to see it used in realities and in many places.Health challenges have been resolved and due to this system the need for this target system will be reduced This link highlights the importance of using this system due to the lack of technologies to help solve health information management challenges.
