My mission to go at this is quite technical but effective. This must be done from a government level of operation. A special data base system must be put in place to record every children that born in these countries also a special data base system to record all die and also a data base system that give people identification cards at age 18. A card can lost no problem information will be store with photo and fingerprints to a special data service control by the government of the Country operation.
Goals will be to get all NGO’s and Government in on this. Immigration and hospital must be in on this also. Providing national security through National identity by investing more in Human Capital.
Solution will be to institutionalize National Identity on a government or National level free of cost to every Living person on that operation ground back up by data Networking platform.
A Specto Robot can be important to take photo and finger print of every individual using modern technology to detect height, colour, language etc to be save in the data protection system and also to be printed on National ID card.
