theHUMAN Framework is an inbound funnel that integrates with historically excluded entities. Our framework creates or integrates into front-end systems, and is designed to automate various processes that lead to success for that organization.
In tandem with our growing network, we are establishing a small-dollar donor network, that will fund new entities that fill the gaps that exist in a local community. These entities participate in a revenue share that is governed by a community board. This board implements various frameworks to redress the systems that would continue to enforce that inequity.
We are solving for performative-ness. The problem with philanthropy or profit solutions to any inequity, is it addresses some disparate outcomes, and never the systems that create and enforce them. Our programs look to build local economies from the ground up while solving for the systems that would disproportionately extract value from that community.
Everyone that is not in the ownership class, is affected by these systems. By injecting services into the MOST affected areas, we will create, and maintain a network effect or rising wealth.
We are not just a non-profit, we are future world builders. Future Systems Architects, where our sole focus is and can only be the abolition of anti-blackness, and the Whiteness it upholds. Our frameworks will simultaneously support excluded communities, address the systems of inequity, and support new ways of building and supporting the community.
If this doesn't align, then I guess we will never align with anything.

Addressing systemic inequity; philanthropy has fallen vastly short, as it is a performative gesture, incentivized through capitalist gains. Rise Together Foundation, Inc. Is a collective of individuals, built on the question, how can we be less performative? Each HUMAN goes through our framework identifying various things that influence their identity in our systems (Trauma, Neurodiversity, Skillsets, Apprentice Skillsets)
RTF socializes and automates the various areas that are typically gatekept from excluded communities. These entities act as inbound funnels for their orgs / movements / etc as well as an OPT-IN to RTF and the aforementioned Frameworks. We are utilizing newer WEB3 technologies (Airtable) to create an ever-growing eco-system where once HUMAN can participate in ANY project/org/movement, solely predicated on their interest and bandwidth.
The entities that RTF eventually creates and funds, that fill equitable gaps locally (food, healthcare, housing, education) will provide services at no fee to cost, where any revenue generated by these entities; 25% goes to a Direct Community Investment Fund. Of which a local community has a governance board that implements various frameworks we've designed to address the deeper systemic issues.

We work starting in excluded communities, with a focus on the fastest gentrifying communities to implement our programs and services. Our DCIF's governance board, is made up predominately of local community members.
As mentioned above, our representation internally, externally, and transparency allow us to adapt to community needs, as well as being made up of various community members, our frameworks and plans are constantly informed by the communal perspective.
Providing Success, in a non-extractive manner. As a Cis White Male, I am the embodiment of Whiteness as an oppressive system and how white males enforce that whiteness (patriarchy included)
I am also a victim of the same oppressive systems. My skin simply didn't exacerbate my experience here. Understanding that and how I represent myself, being truthful, and introspective is paramount.
In the micro sense, we track our goals as a function of the end-users success. We integrate their front end with google analytics, search console, and create ADs and SEO tracking projects. We also can track real-time automation and the success or failure of those conversions.
In one year we will be integrated into 1,000 systems.
In five we will be the predominant ecosystem working to address inequity on a global scale. Enforcing our frameworks electorally through a sister 501(c)4 and various campaigns (to be established)
Outside of our fiscal stability (no need to beat a dead horse), we also understand that our power is very much in our ability to engage and support the various communities that have been doing this work for a long time. While we certainly need the money, expanding the community is always worthwhile.

We look to partner with organizations that understand the scope of what we are up against in all of its iterations, climate threats, land theft. Benefit corporations as well as any organization focusing on degrowth as a function of any future business model.
