One of the main problems in relation to digital education is the computing resources we have, in other words, our computer and the Internet. For many people, it represents a real challenge, because computer equipment is slow, with a very basic internet and its components such as memory, processor and system, are increasingly expensive. Our solution, contemplates the use of cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, to provide remote access to more powerful computers, with a very high internet speed and flexible payments, per hour, week or months. We provide a personal account and password, so that people, when connected, can work and study on their projects without worrying about a slow internet or computer as well as free pre installed programs to improve their productivity, all this without leaving home and just one click away. We have measured the need and success by using it with people, especially students, from undergraduate to postdoctoral levels. They had used our services for their personal projects in engineering, architecture and sciences.

What specific problem are you trying to solve?

-The computers, and the internet access of most people in Mexico is slow, and expensive.

-Students need to have access to design, and engineering web programs for an affordable price, because they only need them for some hours.

What steps have you taken to understand the needs of the population you want to serve?

We do various surveys, and also contact people of different Masters by video calls to explain to us what are the principal issues of their computers.

We have volunteered with Bioemprendiendo, and with Biogenes imparting different bioinformatic courses.
