Hosts tired of maintenance expenses and willing to make some extra cash on the side can easily list their facility on our platform. They can share any private facility such as Swimming Pools, Home Theatres, Private Gyms, Music Rooms, Outdoor Sports, etc. Moreover, hosts can create experiences combined with the facility or interact with the users and even give training sessions if applicable. All of it on an hourly basis. We believe in bringing sharing to life and eliminate the wasted value of underutilized spaces.

Listing space on our platform is simple and free. Hosts just need to visit the Fraggle App or Website and select the days and timings when the facility is available to share, upload pictures, and set prices, restrictions and user preferences. They can set their own rules and have complete control with no obligations. As the booking request comes in, they can view the user profile, chat and ask any questions, and then accept or decline the request. The payment gets automatically transferred directly into the bank account as the user ends the experience.

The private facility owners are looking for some return on the investment, an easy way to earn when the facility is not in use, and people with whom they can enjoy the facility with and create some memories. 

On the other hand, users who love recreational and leisure activities are frustrated by expensive monthly or annual memberships and need to travel long distances at inconvenient times only to find super-crowded places. Users are looking for a better way where they can enjoy the facilities as per their convenience, pay on an hourly basis, explore places nearby via a simple booking platform, enjoy a private experience, and make friends. 

There’s much more to the above problem which is often not noticed. The privately-owned facilities are not used 95% of the time on average. This is a massive unused value which is basically the wasted value of the resources.

We are targeting two types of audiences, one those who own Private Recreational Facilities and Amenities, and others who need to access these facilities. Facility owners can simply list their facility and start earning. They have complete control and it’s completely safe. For users, owning these amenities is expensive but with Fraggle sharing doesn’t have to be. Users are searching online for these kinds of facilities, on research and studying search patterns and keywords. Our long term plan is to become a Peer to Peer Sharing Hub, catering to many more aspects in the space of Sharing Economy. A One Stop Space for Sharing of Commercial Spaces, Expensive Equipment, B2B areas, and more. We plan to grow in more more developed nations such as Singapore, Australia, Hongkong, etc. and then in a few years launch in developing nations as well.

Our long term vision is to become a peer to peer sharing hub. The Planet Impact is huge with a contribution to 10 SDGs. Together, we can put an end to the wasted value of underutilized spaces and create a huge impact with harnessing the power of sharing.
