A new way of looking at pollution

It consist of creating a bank, where exchange to get money is masks, bottles and plastic bags for children and illiterate people. 

My idea is to create a bank for children and illiterate people where the masks, plastic bags and bottles are money in material form, it means that, by collecting more material, more money will be given to these people, but before going through a virtual or face-to-face teaching process, where they learn to manage their money and where they learn the importance of environmental pollution. 

But to build this bank, one of the ideas would be to create masks, bags and other products, compress them and make them into brick blocks and thus be able to build the bank and a headquarters where children and illiterate people can be taught. And if the idea of being able to build something with these materials is achieved, it would be a discovery where all the tons of waste that harm the environment can be used to build more hospitals and more places for people in need.

I am trying to solve the 4 problems in a way where the one that would have the most benefit would be the environment, the economy, and the learning of children and illiterate people. The magnitude of the problem is very great in Peru since it is known that there are more than 300 thousand children in Peru who do not go to classes and 6.2 of Peruvians are illiterate. It is estimated that we could start with 1,000 people and from there, based on the fact that the project gains more strength, it is possible to look for more volunteers and companies that support this idea. The lack of state management, the disinterest they have for children and illiterate people and more during this pandemic

My solution would serve children and illiterate people, in addition to that if the idea of creating mask bricks would be seen as a bigger vision solution for everyone, it would positively affect where these people have basic studies to have a career towards the future, currently in there are many children without going to school, Peru is one of the countries in Latin America where more children do not return to classes and do not have virtual to learn. My solution would bring joy and happiness to millions of people.

Some steps that I have seen or have taken into account is analyzing data and news that are given through reports all the time in Peru and it is available to all Peruvians, also about 3 years ago I belonged to a congregation in my school where the most needy children were helped with ideas and exercises so that they could learn, because they were children who did not go to school

Children and illiterate people can be reached to study and not be deceived by someone or by the state itself

It is a technology to process masks and bottles and make them bricks to build homes

to a thousand people this year and the other to be double or triple the number of people as much as possible

that leads to as many people as possible, through social networks, and local newscasts, talking with companies that could help us with this great idea that would greatly support the country.

I could use a database among others that the ministry could provide me

lack of money, people who find out about the idea and volunteers who help us to develop this idea

it's just me so all the ideas that I have been developing have been mine and possible solutions that I have thought for my country and the world
