Development of a block that uses plastic products in its production.

What it does are building pieces like the partition or the block; which is one of the main materials used in construction, allowing a reduction in existing plastics that increasingly damage our ecosystems due to their slow degradation and rapid production.
Going back a little to the beginnings of the construction of blocks, there are indications of the use of molds that gave shape to the earth, clay or in general of the products that were available, with this premise it can be said that to make these plastic blocks I would use a technique very similar to plastic objects, heating plastic products to create a semi-liquid mass that, when placed in the mold, retains the shape of a block or brick very similar to adobe.

The increase in plastic is becoming more severe and massive, causing it to accumulate and in many cases reach seas, rivers and lakes. In my community it is more and more common to see plastic bottles on the street and even when companies have taken measures to reduce it or the government itself takes measures to reduce the use of plastic bags, many times people find a way to obtain these products. . And in several cases they end up in the street, affecting the continuous accumulation of other waste, generating unhealthy spaces, since they allow the development of cockroaches, rats or mosquitoes such as dengue, which in the case of Mexico is a continuous problem. And specifically in Mexico, like Sonora, they have more cases of dengue compared to cases of covid (November 17, 2021).
Mainly, the aim is for the community to recognize that plastic waste is a big difficulty due to the quantity and the delay in its degradation, but also for this problem to be an opportunity for the reduction of plastic and for the construction of houses at a lower cost, thus supporting people with limited resources who sometimes live in a house made of cardboard, sheet, etc., but also for those people concerned about the environment, demonstrating that this product is within the economic possibility of everyone.

This solution has several benefits depending on the perspective from which you look at it:
In the environmental aspect, it does not mean that with this solution the reduction of plastic is avoided, but rather that it helps to reduce what already exists.
The use of these blocks reduces the acquisition prices of these materials, giving more possibilities to obtain them to all types of users.
The construction process with these blocks will not require a more specialized workforce than that used in any other construction.
The needs it addresses are those of protection and shelter by allowing the construction of habitable spaces.
