Electronic Administrative System
Converting old paper system used in the departments to a modern electronic system services provided by the system serve administrators ,employees to facilitate and speed up administrative work.
These services serve (manager ، employee).
It contains a set of requests related to the manager's job tasks as well as related to the employee's job, which also includes leave and retirement requests in addition to various inquiries.These requests and inquiries include:
Services available to the Director:
• Regard to requests, the Director may:
-Submit a request directly to an employee due to leave.
-Request for allowance for an employee.
-Report employee absence.
• Regard the queries:
-Inquiries about employees.
-Inquiries about employee requests.
-Services available to the employee.
For an employee, requests are:

- Applications for leave.
-Requests for allowances.
-Requests for extensions.
-Request for adjustment of the duration of leave.
-Application to cancel leave.
- Request for adjustment of start of leave.
- Retirement request.

-Payroll employee basic data.

The paper system that deals with it in the administrative government departments, as dealing with the paper system takes a lot of time and effort, and the large number of documents and files may lead to a loss of safety and security and occupy space as it constitutes for administrators to sort information and inquiries such as inquiries about employees and their requests and services available to employees, and it constitutes for employees Submitting requests to the administration or submitting the data in a paper form, which requires their attendance to the office in person, such as submitting a request to determine the leave and requests for allowances and modifying the duration of the leave.. etc.

It is difficult and unavailable in the departments, an electronic system that provides the services we mentioned earlier, so the idea of this system is a turning point in the time of technology development

We have a background in programming languages such as Python, C Sharp, Java Script and asp.net Tech also handling SQL Server databases.
