Electronic Administrative System

One-line solution summary.

Converting old paper system used in the departments to a modern electronic system services provided by the system serve administrators ,employees to facilitate and speed up administrative work.

What is your solution?

These services serve (manager ، employee).

It contains a set of requests related to the manager's job tasks as well as related to the employee's job, which also includes leave and retirement requests in addition to various inquiries.These requests and inquiries include:

Services available to the Director:

• Regard to requests, the Director may:

-Submit a request directly to an employee due to leave.

-Request for allowance for an employee.

-Report employee absence.

• Regard the queries:

-Inquiries about employees.

-Inquiries about employee requests.

-Services available to the employee.

For an employee, requests are:

Regard to requests, the employees may:

- Applications for leave.

-Requests for allowances.

-Requests for extensions.

-Request for adjustment of the duration of leave.

-Application to cancel leave.

- Request for adjustment of start of leave.

- Retirement request.

• Regard the queries:

-Payroll employee basic data.

-Statement of the employee's historical record.

What specific problem are you trying to solve?

The paper system that deals with it in the administrative government departments, as dealing with the paper system takes a lot of time and effort, and the large number of documents and files may lead to a loss of safety and security and occupy space as it constitutes for administrators to sort information and inquiries such as inquiries about employees and their requests and services available to employees, and it constitutes for employees Submitting requests to the administration or submitting the data in a paper form, which requires their attendance to the office in person, such as submitting a request to determine the leave and requests for allowances and modifying the duration of the leave.. etc.

Who does your solution serve? In what ways will the solution impact their lives?

It serves both administrators and employees, as it constitutes for administrators to sort information and inquiries such as inquiring about employees, their requests and services available to employees, and employees are required to submit requests to the administration or submit data in paper form. It makes it easier for them to work in management, time and effort, and work in a modern way in light of advanced technologies.

What steps have you taken to understand the needs of the population you want to serve?

We conducted interviews with employees in the electricity and water sector and the Development Fund Office of the Governor's Office.

What is the unmet need that your solution tried to address? Why is it important?

The problems facing works in these administrative sectors is the paper system.

It is difficult and unavailable in the departments, an electronic system that provides the services we mentioned earlier, so the idea of this system is a turning point in the time of technology development

We have chosen the development stage * the prototype * because we will proceed with the implementation of the project and carry out the development of the system and its experience due to the previous work of a feasibility study and the rest of the study will be completed when the start of implementation, God willing
