According to Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics report 2018, more than 6.9million Tanzanian youth are facing with Unemployment and Underemployment challenges in the country, a number which is increasing every year. What's next for:
MOROGORO YOUTH STOCK FUND was built as an exercise for this competition, but in building it, we have really latched onto this idea of helping jobless youth active and safer to both mentally and healthy( physically). This is a project we would love to expand on and make it successful long-term. People are extremely unaware of how having with challenge facilitate to mental stress, and mental stress accelerate to Mental Disorders, and other incurable diseases like Blood pressure and Diabetes. On the middle of year 2021, more than 500 youth were found loafing around in Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania, after arrested and interviewed with government security force found they have got a fraud of a lot of money from these youth from a non trust worth Company with the promise to offer them a job and got escape of nowhere and left them in street with no food and no shelter. The government did the best to help them back to their home; this is how majority of youth are affected on finding jobs. These tragedies can easily be avoided and we think bringing it to a function state would result in saved lives.
