In this proyect,  I developed the initial concepts of a program that offers scholarship recipients the option of tutoring in exchange for scholarship points.

Base of my proposal:

A scholarship system that supports scholarship recipients to pay the scholarship based on tutorials, the scholarship recipient can give tutorials to people with a lower rank than him, based on the results or qualification of the adviser, points will be added for his scholarship.

I am interested in solving the problem of the shortage of scholarships, as well as finding a solution that allows students with a good academic profile to obtain help to obtain a scholarship based on the offer of tutorials.

Who will benefit with my proposal?

The students who manage to obtain the scholarships in exchange for tutoring will benefit, since they will have a form of payment that, in addition to solving the lack of money to pay the monthly payments, can help the students who receive the tutoring; Likewise, the school that obtains teachers trained to give tutoring will benefit.

I have been researching about this topic for a few months, I have also done a survey on the subject to students of different nationalities in order to obtain different points of view and opinions about my proposal and the current situation in your country regarding education and academic opportunities , I have worked on research and on a United Nations model where I had the opportunity to research the SDGs, focusing on education.

I consider that my proposal covers only the initial points of the problem, I would like to continue researching on the subject to continue developing my project with more specific and developed points. Likewise, when dealing with the idea of an application and a scholarship program, the application as well as further develop the scholarship program.

The technology that I implement in my project already exists, it is a mobile application to receive and offer tutorials. Another implementation of technology in my project is the points and registration platform for the scholarship, in this way it is easier to register for the scholarship, as well as to organize the profile of each student.

With my project I plan to help more than a thousand students, I still do not work with an exact number, however the program could have a quota of 15 thousand students managing this scholarship system, due to the high demand for tutors for regularization.

The expected progress for a year would be to start with the programming of the application, as well as planning the dynamics of admissions of scholarship holders, it is important to plan an admission test and how the dynamics of accumulating points would work.

The process of research and realization of the project is divided into small achievements with which the project advances, the process is measured with those achievements until little by little we achieve larger objectives, in the case of the project the achievements are placed in the research, which is a file with the collection of data obtained on the subject, as well as opinions, ideas, among other things.

The obstacles that I currently face that prevent me from achieving my goal in a year are due to the implementation of technology that my project needs, since I do not have knowledge about mobile application programming, however I can manage to develop the application with help. Also an obstacle would be to learn more about the development of scholarships as well as help from professionals in education to obtain a more formal point of view.

The experiences that I have lived through interacting with my colleagues helped me to be able to carry out my project, since my project needs to be seen from different angles, due to this I have carried out a survey and I have asked my circle of close people about the subject.

My project applies to this program since it seeks to benefit a majority, speaking of students who do not have the financial capacity to pay for a university, this applies to solving the global problem based on a scholarship program. My project will help thousands of students from all countries, showing the same opportunities for both men and women, this is an innovative concept that supports women to continue their studies.
