a space safe for every child. A lot of kids have mental health problems. At bloom they can check there problems at the door while doing things they enjoy with other kids going through the same thing. Wether it is depression or an eating disorder or even schizophrenia, there is a place for you. And others who understand you. Plus you can do the things you love, art, cooking, gaming, sewing, sports, animals, and gardening. And find what coping skill works for you. As well as therapy sessions.
The thought that mental health is not to be talked about. And that it is not ok to cry or scream or need a hug. Mental health problems have gotten so bad among my generation. With over half of my generation being suicidal. WE NEED HELP. and we need a place that is not a mental ward that kids can’t hurt themselves or others. While still being able to enjoy there life and the things in it.
kids ages 10-20 who are tired of fighting. Kids who need to know they are not alone. No matter the class, the race, the sexuality. KIDS WHO WANT TO BE LOVED.
I am fifteen years old, in 2020 I ended up in a mental ward, after an attempt on my own life, I had depression, crippling anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I felt so unsafe in the mental ward and honestly unloved in the place that was supposed to be helping me. No one cared about my well being or what happened to me. I’ve been working to change that. Providing myself and home as a safe space. But I am just one person I need more advocates.

like I said I use myself and my home as a safe space for people I know and love. But I want to branch out because I know there are so many more. And everyone deserves help.

things that we be needed is clearly a building, and materials for hobbies. Such as craft supplies gardening and plants, a place for sports, as well as blankets, beds, pillows to make a comfy place if kids don’t feel safe at home.

like I said right now it’s only I close circle i can provide this for. So 15-20 but I am really hoping to get it to 50-60 this year.

WE CARE. And that’s not something I can say for a lot of mental health facilities. For most people it’s just a job. For me I know how it is, i know hat that’s been like. And having to fight for your life every day.
