The proposed African Homeland Digital Identification Management System is proposed to be a computerized based software system proposed to be design and develop in Mobile apps and web based platform. It is proposed to be securely cloud based system with token devices civil registration platform that will enable the system to automatically generate individual digital social verification number (DSVN) for each or first timer registering on the platform. If individual have already registered through or an affiliated platform, the digital social verification number (DSVN) code will automatically pop-up once individual information and fingerprint scanner sensor are capture correctly. The solution is to have e-card access such like magnetic ATM card, this card can be activated with proposed digital identification number device, through text SMS or phone call. The digital identification number device can easily be made available to healthcare services centres, banks, schools, Farmers, Local Government Councils, Government Agencies and among others. This is enable up to grassroots people in remote villages to have access and being capture for digital social verification number either at child birth certificate, school or even at farm's. This process will ensure between one to five years children's are already being identify in the society of African Homeland to enable proper planning and being capture on population census.
The digital social identification devices system will be designed to be use in hospitals, schools, farm's, pharmaceutical stores, market centers, banks, hotels, Churches, Mosques, employment organization services, and among others where low level people can easily be reached in developing countries, particularly in African countries. The data input can be through phone conversation, sms, human interaction, Mobile apps, web or online. Database trigger alert will be integrated to assist in age control for individual updates information on records. The privacy of people information will be totally implemented by creating token enabling access and e-access cards before certain information can be allow at display portal. This access will create information confidentiality, integrity and availability. Also, On-line support chart will also be available for support services.

The above proposed solution is a new technology and new application because the proposed project is designed to accept input through phone call, chart, direct system interaction or SMS; which will assist low income or level countries where Internet services might not be available in remote areas like farm's location. Also, the solution is proposed to have a flex colocation core data center for cloud based security center Implementation for the database systems control. Finally, the token devices will completely be new innovative ideas with seven different button to be included emergency button for help support and language help button.
The proposed solution demonstrate privacy by design by integration of token devices and e-card that will permit user access to restricted information. Also, through the token low literacy level can easily access their information by help button activation, SMS, call, call back button; this button once press, the token device will be design to have display screen, where to perform some basic artificial intelligence questions such your present location, phone, address, digital social verification number, then generate emergency code (if DSVN not available).
The proposed solution can easily be incorporated into digital identification systems using codes sychronizing system integration of the database solution. The system will be design to have gateway integration integrity verification section code. Therefore, each section for integration must permit access by using artificial intelligence to determine organization identification requirement and their operational activities such as national identification number issuer organization, network services provider identification issuer organization, bank verification number issuer organization, driver's license issuer organization, international passport issuer organization and among others. The will be designed to have access permit of database verification link of the above mentioned organization.
The system is user friendly incorporate into a digital identification systems while organisation usage require deployment of the database server's based and client's version with token devices configuration. But the mobile apps depends on cloud based Computing system and uses artificial intelligence questions friendly interaction for processing and reporting.
The solution is open source and is easily interoperability with most other database systems. The proposed solution is to build with open source Application Programming Interface (API) to enable easily interoperability with systems or for data portability and prevention of vendor lock-in?. The trail test validation will be perform perfection with our partner's company solution of electronic documents management system (EDMS).
The solution account for low connectivity environments and for users with low literacy and numeracy levels by permit SMS input and training center hub embedded on the software. Also, with access token devices that perform artificial intelligence questions to determine level of user literacy and provide or direct to support center such as language or user interface input error.
My vision over the next three to five years is to create or implement cloud core data center that will mainly be built for digital identification databases systems. This Cloud Computing Data Center will assist to provide support services to user's and other organizations that are providing integrated information. The organization will be paying budgeted amount for token devices and e-card access but at affordable rate. Banks support will also be required because the system will assist in easy customer verification. If the development of the proposed project successfully achieved, World Bank shall be approach for financial support.

Our managing director is a Computer Engineer, graduated 2000 from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State, Nigeria, where he obtained B. Engr. in Computer Science and Engineering. He had his Master's of Science in Information Systems Management (M. Sc) at Devry College of New York, USA. He is presently on his doctoral degree in information systems at Library University, Virginia, USA. He is the lead applicant here on this application.
Our revenue model or potential revenue model is income from organization's who are using our Cloud Computing Data Center to host their database systems, organization using our Homeland Digital Identification Management software paying for the database integration, sale of the digital identification devices and e-card in healthcare centres, schools, farm's, Indepedent National Electoral Commission (Inec), pharmaceutical companies, government or Local Government Councils and other government agencies. So, we are positioned for long-term sustainability, profitability because our proposed solution will be able to generate revenue that require for subsainability of the project after successfully completed and deliverables are met. The solution will be scalable and updates version's will also include more features for technological development and improvement to keep our clients or user's updates on server's, client's and mobile operations version of the solution.
Am applying to the Mission Billion Challenge to get finicial support that will enable us fast forward our operational activities in the project. Hence, to get input project datasets input if any additional information consideration outside what we already have to easy the solution. So, i believe my participation in the Mission Billion Challenge can advance my wwork in the area of analysis, if any prize is won, it will assist our budget planning of staff salaries and conference's attendance.
Some of the key barriers for our solution to succeed is finance to pay relevant staff, particularly those to provide expertise knowledge input on the areas of artificial intelligence development, production of testing and validating token devices and finance require for establishment of the Cloud Computing Core Data Center. Although, the design and equipment requirements are ready since 2016. The necessary way plan to overcome them is applying for International Grant Awards program while searching for any government or private project that can provide us enough profit.
