ONLINE ONE STOP LICENSING CENTER APPLICATION

Online One Stop licensing center app is a special app to smooth the business procedures.

Online One stop licensing center app is designed  in order to smoothen the business licensing procedures to the traders who wants to legalize their businesses. This application is time serving because the trader now will have no need to move from one office to another for licensing procedures, for example from the Tanzania Revenue authority offices to the trade office,again to the planning office. This is time consuming and expensive. By using this E-licensing app all procedures will be done in online bases and the trade will just stay at his/her place and do all the procedures .

Payments will be done interms of the mobile money for example Tigo-Pesa, M-Pesa,Halo-Pesa,Airtel Money and also using the mastercard/Visacards as well as by use of the paypal payments.

My solution is more innovative because currently there is a challenge taht traders in my region face in licensing their businesses because it is expensive and time consuming because they have to move from one area to another in long distances searching for the licensing authorities which in one way or another is time consuming and expensive due to the cost of transport being incurred.

So the application will solve this challenge.The solution is a new process for solving the challenge

My solution will demonstrate the privacy by design by:-

1.Ensuring automatic personal data protection in all IT systems or business practices;

2. Ensuring that the private measures are fully inter grated into the system;

3. Assuring the stakeholders that the business and technologies operate according to the objectives and subject to independent verification.

Currently I am working at the Kilimanjaro Regional Administrative Secretary Office as the trade officer.

I have seen a lot of challenges faced by traders in my region in the time they are in need for business licensing , it takes a lot of time, can also take months without getting the business license.The trade has to move from a distant place from one office to another.

I am sure  this application will be the only solution for making the business licensing procedures more beneficial to my traders in the region

Myself and the whole team have all the necessary skills that will enable us to attract different resources needed to succeed in developing of our solution.

Our team is a combination of the IT experts, Business administrators, Accountants , Procurement professionals etc.So by the combination of all skills in the team together we can make a difference in developing our solution

Our potential revenue mode will depend on fees charged when the customer is using the application and also the amount paid to us for the telecomunication companies like Vodacom and Tigo, airtel and Halotel when customers uses the electronic money transfer using those companies

We apply for the Mission Billion Challenge because we believe it is the only mission which is going to advance our work for making the business licensing procedures in our region friendly to traders

The key barriers to our solution to succeed is funding, so if we get the Billion challenge funding our work will advance to further stages of its development.

So it is our hope that once the funding is availed to my organization , the development of this idea will start and the traders will start enjoying the fruits of our innovation
