In most African countries e-Gov initiatives fail to take off because of many obstacles such as the absence of national registry systems that allow for remote citizen authentication. The top down approaches have failed in many national IT projects. Our solution is a bottom up approach. It is free and inclusive, takes into consideration all cultural constraints to deliver any government service remotely.  It creates or sustains jobs in Africain countries will delivering added value and solving issues related to equality, fraud and corruption. 

We address over 30 social and societal challenges with our solution and now we are working on a version of it for Public Tenders guaranteeing 100% transparency and 0% chance of manipulation, fraud or corruption. The first version took 5 years to get the government of Morocco to agree to test, the second version for Public Tenders was refused and we were advised to share with with the World Bank and have them impose it.

This is just one of many examples of how we adapt to the local culture. Public Notary or Residence Certificate are delivered by "Gov Agents" who are often in demand. Our solution is a liaison between the citizen then the agent. A sort of Uber or AirBnb that makes the transaction 100% digital.  The citizens that opt to come in person will be use the solution at no charge. The ones who opt for remote service will pay a little fee that is less than transportation fee, from this amount we give the agent 15% legally. This helped us get the concept adopted quicker because these agents resort to corruption to provide a faster and quality service.

We worked in Pubic tender for 12 years and we mastered all the gaps withing the current laws that allow our competitors to win even if they are not qualified. We innovated with our platform to close the gaps. But we keep hearing "You can't kill this sub-economies of corruption". We believe we can if we have your support. It starts here. I invested all dividends of my first company into this idea, I lost families ties because they think I am crazy. Maybe I am but at least I believe in something and I am giving my all to it.

Inclusive approach of Gov Agents

We model existing procedures to make change management easy. However, only the citizen via blockchain and bio-metric tokenization can access his data. The government agent only sees that data when a request is made by the citizen for a document based service. Once the request is processed, as if the citizen showed up and left. The data is fully under the control of the citizen user. In our road-map when our platform becomes a social network based on trust, the user can benefit directly from sharing his data with commercial entities not us thus creating revenue for Africans.
