Save Afghanistan women dreams and education

Build special separated schools and education center for woman which all the jobs done only by female teachers and employees.

Teacher must be with high skill and teaching experience form Afghanistan.

because of the new government of Taliban in Afghanistan, Afghan woman can’t continue their education as they were during 20 years. 

Taliban never let Afghan girls for education because they don’t let girls and boys at same school and with mans teacher, so they give the right of education this time only for boys.

But the only solution for it is: 

Start building of separate schools, universities, education centers only for women by woman.

So if we have enough money to start building new girls schools and the most important teacher must be also woman, it really a great reason to help Afghan girls to start their education and continue with save conditions. 

Education center which teach the great and necessary skills and knowledge for woman which they can do something with it and also helpful for Afghanistan woman future. 

And working on the new project only for woman by woman it can be anything such as business, teaching.

But there’s also another program after finishing the studies term; so as we know woman can’t get jobs  so after finishing the studies term we need great and develop technology for woman only to work form home as online it be cues they aren’t allowed of going and taking part in every community part, offices and government organizations, but if they have enough talent and education they can even continue form home.

our specific community problem in Afghanistan, not respecting the woman right, violent opposition and behavior form everyone. 

Even the Afghanistan government and society don’t care about the respecting basic rights of woman which is education and working.

I am also form Afghanistan and I am living in Kabul and I see how woman’s suffering form the government new rule and I see slowly slowly  we lost our hopes,  I just feel we are on the darkest side of the world no respect even for being human.

100% of Afghan woman suffering form unfair condition.

And if we can’t stand and fight for getting our right back form them is which education, the whole country will be on the disaster on the next future because woman are the most important part of the society.

Just imagine a country a poor country that can’t fulfill the basic  of the necessary, imagine a country that everyone just struggling with the hunger and sell their children because of hunger, and the only way to get of it is education and knowledge for everyone not only for boys, but unfortunately they think we are week we cannot handle our life problems and there is no skill and talent inside of Afghanistan woman but I want to prove it, no we are strong we can fight for our family and for our children, no matter how it’s going be hard for us but no care about the obstacles.

We are human just like other we need and deserve a human life not a animal.

This what happening for Afghan woman...My solution serve the hope for woman that they can’t continue their studies  and also working on the future 

Give Hope of living to Afghanistan woman,  hope of hardworking, hope for future.

 It’s belong to the money if our organization gain more money so we can build so many school around  Afghanistan but our project mostly focus on those girl and woman who is ready to the action for their dreams, those who suffer form such situations and it’s clear to the world that Kabul girls are suffering the most that because everyone inside of Kabul were busy at education, but the day Taliban took over Afghanistan girls not allowed to the higher education with their passion. Boys schools are open but girls are still suffering at home because they are not going to school. The new government not allowed the girls to study Art, engineering, computer science, law because they only care about the mans of Afghanistan.

Even our talented and skillful woman which  had great position in during the Ashraf Ghani government now they are struggling with hunger because the are not allowed for working, but if we build separate schools and university it can be run by those talented women’s and that is how our educated woman are also happy and our country girls also can start their studies and schools once again  it mean education and schools by woman for woman and girl. 

Our project also include different kind of organizations And project  for woman which only run by woman for woman such is learning computer programming, software design, writing and so on.

I am 20 years old girl form Afghanistan and I was a teacher also a motivational speaker, I really can understand the need of Afghanistan woman and girls because I was working with them and I am also one of them I am student of business administration in one of private university but now I can’t continue because I lost my job even I can’t pay my home rent and also I can’t pay my university bill too. The condition is really very hard for girls now we can’t do anything that we want there in no permission for us.

Also I have done some research and ask many questions form every one around me who is suffering the most form new government of Afghanistan rule, interview many high positions Afghanistan lady.

Also the most important of it I  was connected with some woman organizations but the day Taliban take over the Kabul all that organizations stope working because the the Taliban not allowed them, because women and man were working together for Afghan woman right.

But we still have many talented and experienced woman in Afghanistan which they completed  their education at London, those women are really can develop my solution we still need them and they can still take part for developing of Afghanistan. We can use their experience to teach and guide other women they are like light and key for close doors to Afghan girl.

I was speaker for short while, I presented my speaking program for an organization where the woman struggling with life problems and also they hurt form Afghanistan society, i held my motivation speaking program there to motivate them and give self esteem and build self confidence because they lost hope for continue their life and education.

During 20 years in some cities of Afghanistan family didn’t allow their girls to schools because of many unreal reasons even family take the right of the education form girls, so because of it I mange I special family program and I explain and inform the family for the benefit of the education and study and I also clear the different between and educated woman and uneducated women, how it’s hard when I woman get married but still don’t know anything form the new world how the struggling with different kind of live problems. 

I still writing topics about how can women overcome their obstacles for achieving success and getting their dreams to reality, which only way is knowledge and learning new skills.

There is many kind of technology which can cause to develop our project for Afghan woman, but the technology we need is very important to our project a half of our project depend to technology.

We use technology only for  two aim, first teaching second working.

And technology work like that; every woman that complete her different filed and during the course we use internet to tech them and when they achieve the degree, it can be in any subject such is business administration,engineering, software design, website design, public speaking, accounting so on. And when they done and get the necessary knowledge we make sure they can do what we really want by testing them.

So after all  we need technology more because that is the time which woman should use her knowledge and skill and show her strength, she is going to work online form home but the job and task she is going to perform as online form home must be relevant to the subject and field she get knowledge on it, like business administration student can write a business plan, work on business plan and if a Afghan woman complete her studies in computer science she can build a website or she can code so on. 

By using the technology we can  teach the woman how to perform the job as online form home and give them appropriately use of technology.

Our project plan cover all Afghan woman and girls, but we mostly focus on the youngest woman and talented girls who have done some other knowledge too. Fortunately our most educated woman and girls living inside at Kabul.

and we haven’t start our project program yet because our project need financial support.

But for first years our project cover 2000 younger women form Kabul province we will serve them first and those youth women that take part in our organizations  must be ready for hard working and smart studying  and then we  start  giving them higher education and prepare them for practical term.

The impact goal for next year is very clear and important part of our project, it because that is the main reason why we offer our solution. For next year we want achieve great success in different subject by women and we want that the leaners have big stage of business plan for the new government of Afghanistan. 

They must be  able to create something new, we hope our student will able to share  their talent and education with other girls and women too.

Our greatest impact goal is that Afghan woman must stand by their ability, have great success life with out any treat for the government of Afghanistan. No girl no woman must not suffering form the violent behavior of their family and government. 

We will not allowed the society of Afghanistan to continue their unfair rule for Afghan woman instead we have to find the solution for that one.

We plan for the next year Afghan woman will be able to increase their income by using their education and knowledge, they will have their own business, to continue their lives with happiness, they should not  use for other people in Afghanistan.

We will stand with them fight for their rights only for living the life the really deserve.

Unfortunately our most Afghan girls and women are standing by the street to find some food only to feed their children so why it happen to them; answer is clear to everyone they are not educated and second they are suffering form unfair rule.

How we measure our progress to our impact goal?

We select different methods for measuring progress.

We have choose a special control team for controlling the performance of student and the performance of teacher, how the students studying the lessons, how they catch the concept, how the teachers teach and send the message to student. 

Also we will give the different project for student to practice more and learn the lessons bass on the practical way. 

For measuring our teachers performance, we will held certain seminars for informing them form the newest and effective methods.

It mean by measuring the effectiveness of student and teachers during performance their responsibility is the main method for measuring our progress through to impact goal. And that is why, because if our teachers  performance great it mean the student catch something and learn, than if the students performance are great it mean the have learn something and ready for the job.

first of all we all have barriers for accomplishing the goal.

Our project and impact goal can be faced with different types of obstacles and barriers, may it can be very big or it can be small for our team, but we are ready to remove all the obstacles form the way.

So living in a country like Afghanistan can be dangerous at time also facing with the opposition form everyone is one of the obstacles and it is because the culture has unfair rules  for girls education and work but it can be a small obstacle because we have lot of families in kabul just ready to send their young girls for studying.

Our biggest barrier is lack of money. For accomplishing the impact goal we need financial support the, only best assistant for us in Afghanistan condition right now is money. 

By money we can build our education center as soon as it possible, also we can hire the female teachers. Work on new project with great technology, If there is financial support for our team we will able to buy the modern technology device for student to work online form home.

I didn’t  have any team during finding  the solution that my country face with, I did all the things and done all the research by my own.

I am student of business administration before this researches  I done many other small business research inside of my community too. And I so skillful full in researching and finding the solution for the problems and it because that I am girl with high confidence and great, high sense of understanding, communication skill. 

The most important I have skill of understanding the situation and it is very easy for me to realize the problems and than after analyzing the crisis situation, I can identify the best solution for it.

I was born in Afghanistan, growth in Afghanistan, work with Afghan woman so than  it was much easy for me to understand the crisis situation better.

the only organization that I was use it for my research it was my university the place where I go and talked with other women there and interviewed them, ask many questions and finally understand what they really want.

yes I am surly qualified for the HP Girls Save the World Prize. 

Because I have great solution for my community problem and the most important that a hundred woman suffering form that problem.

Look it is not just about a few people my solution cover and solve the problems of hundreds of Afghan woman. 

I should win that prize I am the only hope for my poor country woman, it’s the matter of dead and life.

And there is no other solution for solving such big problems mine is the best and allowed solution in such condition.
