Thus, deployment of pilot units of local native hybrid cloud server network of Digital Cluster Control (DCC) Nodes with clusters of nearby 3 to 9 Digitizable Healthcare (DH) centres of Hospitals, Nursing homes, Clinics and Primary Healthcare centres as clients; is the pre-requirement for launching this solution.
While launching this solution, number of Individuals served by this solution may be calculated in average by the number of DH centres installed in this WRDHSI Platform.
This may be in the next year if the pilot unit installations happen in the current year, for that the architecture of this WRDHSI platform is ready already.
The first application of DTWRS Spectrometry, from this solution is for identification, isolation and purification of biomolecules of interest from compounds of interest to develop Locality-based Protein Subunit Surface Vaccines (LPSSV). This to be distributed through this WRDHSI platform while the production may start with a minimum of 1 to 2 crores in next year for the distribution to the population, as there is urgent requirement of this vaccination.

To achieve this goal of developing this prototype at MIT, includes the following steps:
- This task starts and iterates with listing of components and devices for instrumentation. This includes components source listing and adaptation requirements.
- Subsequently proceeds with the assembling of this functional prototype that iterates with required modifications.
- This proceeds with the testing of devices and units and configuring them as per requirements. This process also iterates.

Persistent Pandemic by Coronavirus is causing Negative socioeconomic impact worldwide, due to:
- Increase in sickness among populations.
- Increased Healthcare expenditures.
- Increased Joblessness.
- Less accessibility to healthcare centres.
- Constrains in getting educational opportunities.
- Lack of genuine adequate social contacts and social isolations.
- Increased business losses and financial constraints.
These are the precipitating factors for the increase in unstable mental health among society, and more impacting on the younger generation as their educational activity is hampered much. This is prevalence to children between age group 5 to 18.
In Developing countries and Least-developed countries; as the female children are not considered as the earning member by education-based job opportunities for their future family establishment, their educational opportunity is much denied than for the male children, while women empowerment measures are inadequate. Thus, constrains in getting educational opportunities among girl children is more prevalent than boys and mental impairment is more common among girl children.
This is augmented in pandemic situations; and due to the persistent pandemic situation by coronavirus, future of 5 to 18 age group of girl children is bleak.
Thus, the following Corporate Social Responsibility is adopted in this project:
This solution of resolving Time Paradox by Alternative Atomic Analogy, is applied for the development of many new Therapeutic and Investigating devices for Realtime Digital Healthcare, that needs to be installed in a Worldwide Realtime Digital Healthcare Software Infrastructure (WRDHSI) Platform, constituted by a network of Local Native Hybrid Cloud Servers of Digital Cluster Control (DCC) Nodes with clusters of nearby 3 to 9 Digitizable Healthcare (DH) centres of Hospitals, Nursing homes, Clinics and Primary Healthcare centres; as clients. Thus, growing girl children from this age group are more benefited sustainably by getting training and job opportunity in this massive and regulated healthcare data processing and programming, that is much suitable for women, and this is expected to uplift and standardize global Digital health towards worldwide Realtime digital healthcare, with more benefits for girl children between the age 13 to 24 in online job opportunities.
