The introduction of this health care software application which helps individuals save money in the app for the purpose of using them pay their hospital bill when they are vulnerable.

the sabitok is a software application that has so many features such as SAVE feature. This helps individuals save money in the application, for the purpose of using them when they are vulnerable or unable to pay their hospital bill.  The second feature is called ERGONOMIC feature that educate farmers, individuals, pregnant women, nursing mothers on the right posture to adopt during their activities, to avoid musculoskeletal pain. This section tries to show pictorial and imagery representation on the correct postural alignment of different activities. The third feature is called CONNECT. This section helps to connect individuals to their medical experts, who will attend to them and provide medical services to them. The fourth feature is called AWARE which prepare individuals on the precautionary measure to take to avoid disease invasion,  tell them about how the weather will be for the day. The next is called COMMUNITY which connect individuals around the world having the same issues to come together, form a team and encourage one another to achieve common goal. Such group could be stroke group, Parkinson group etc.

The number of individuals who can't afford their medical bills is very high in Nigeria, because of poverty, individuals not able to save money,  poor health insurance and unavailability of financial institution who promote health customer coverage. And this has led to high increase in mortality rates especially among pregnant women or vulnerable groups. A popular saying that if any one fail to plan the person will plan to fail, in Nigeria individuals wait till they sick before they start looking for money to pay their bills.

The high rates of musculoskeletal injury and disorders has rise up to 85% in 2020 according to Ergonomic society of Nigeria. Especially among pregnant women and vulnerable groups because they lack knowledge in ergonomics and postural maintenance. There is high incidence of musculoskeletal injury such as scoliosis, kyphosis, and spondylosis etc. The physical and cognitive effects of climatic change has also reduce individual work input, expose them to different illness and deformities. Because of discrepancies between doctor and patient number in Nigeria, were they are few doctors and large medical clients, this has also bring poor medical settings in hospital, disease invasion, hospital crowding and exhaustion etc. This application will help individual book appointment with doctors etc.

the pregnant women need our product because the app will serve to teach them the correct postural alignment to adopt during their activities,  help them to adopt good breastfeeding positions etc. The app will make them save money using the SAVE feature this will help them to prepare ahead of time and be ready to meet up their hospital bill when labour sets in. The application will also help them join and connect with different pregnant women around the world using the COMMUNITY feature, they share their common pregnant experience and helps them relieve fear and anxiety. The app will also provide them weather and climatic information on their region and location, prepare them on the outfit and food to eat within the week to maintain and keep their body in good shape.

Patient on long term therapy such as diabetes patient, HIV AIDS etc need our application to connect with different individuals around the world who are having the same issues. This will help them discuss, interact, promote their self esteem, encourage one another and educate one another etc. 

Every individuals need the application to serve as their health insurance cover that they turn up to to save them financially during their health Crisis.

In 2020. I was going for ward round in university of Nigeria teaching hospital and I notice that a woman who need a ceaserian section to deliver died because she was not able to deposit any money for her medical services. I made an enquiry why an expectant mother was not able to prepare ahead of time to save some money for her medical treatment. I notice that 70% of women and individuals don't have any platform to save their money to cover their medical bills. 

In 2021, I was a team member of slide Rs which  develop an application called diabetok that aims to solve and connect individuals living with diabetes.

In 2021 march 15th. I consulted my customers and potential partners, making an experimental study with pregnant women and getting a positive results from them. 

I engage with software application builder and business developer on September 21 2021. To develop the application with more ways to earn money.

the pregnant women need our product to connect with medical experts during their pregnancy stages. 

The disable individuals need the application to connect with medical experts for medical services. We are projecting that by 5yrs time we will have 80,000 subscribers from disabled people.

Farmers and industrial workers need our application to learn ergonomics and proper posture to adopt during their activities. 

Everyone also need our product, and we will expect 15 millions subscribers all around the world.

Our impact goals

Through the use of the application save option feature, we will make individuals save money for their medical bills and services. This will save them from embarrassment, death, unpreparedness and Even boost their medical healthcare services.

The application which has some ergonomics option feature will help farmers, industrial workers and even disable individuals to learn proper way to keep their body while doing some activities to avoid musculoskeletal injury or deformities. It will teach disable individuals proper way to handle their prosthetic device and orthotics device, teach them maneuver technique and self care handling. It will teach the pregnant women on how to keep their body while carrying or lifting object.

The app has a community which helps to connect different individuals who have the same medical condition together. To come together form a group, interact and encourage one another. Such group can be stroke group, Parkinson group, HIV group etc. It will boost the moral and emotion of the individuals.
