Dal is an Independent Global Referenced Identity Library which provides any Individual with a Forensic provable Global identity, which is protected on 5 different Tiers (including a NON-Internet Connected Tier) and which provides 3 different methods of Identity Authentication of the Registered Identity of an Identity on the DAL system, being:

1. Electronic Biometric Authentication with Forensic Back-Up Verification
2. 7+ Multi Factor Authentication (Non Biometric Verification)
3. Digitally Signed Attestation for the Blockchain and other Digital Identity requirements

DAL combines industry leading AFIS/ABIS with a Forensic back-end in an Independent Global Referenced Library, to ensure the Identity of every individual can be proven 100% anywhere globally. This is a patented solution.

An individual can only register or enrol once onto the DAL system and only that specific individual can verify themselves on the DAL system. The individual owns their Identity. DAL is only the custodians of their Identity and information related to that Identity. Any attempt to fraudulently try and verify against an Identity is prevented and the data (Fingerprint) of the perpetrator is kept as forensic evidence. The DAL is a Global product and with the unique DAL number given to every Identity an individual can be verified anywhere on earth. DAL complies to every Personal Information required legislations such as GDPR and no information of the Individual is ever made public or handed out.

DAL creates a Digitally Signed Attestation (DSA) of every enrolled Identity, which is used to create the "Genesis Block" of an Identity on the Blockchain. This DSA is linked forensically to the Real-World Human Being and can be proved to belong to only one specific person Forensically. The DSA can be used on various Digital Identity platforms.

The DAL system automatically creates the Digital Identity in the form of the DSA as discussed above. The registration of an individual takes a couple of minutes, but is only done once. To ensure liveness of the Identity, the DSA has an expiry date, whereby the Individual must "re-register". This ensures that the Identity is valid and active.

The DAL system allows for ease of integration, but the data stored in the DAL system is protected and not available to anyone. It is imperative to understand that upon request of verification of an Identity, DAL only provides a YES or NO, no data is shared. 

DAL can be used in mortar and brick environments or in mobile environments.

The DAL solution was created in South Africa for the African market. It is robust, it can be used by the most un-literate and in environments where no-connectivity is present. The solution is highly scalable.
