For the above requirement we must required to print the copy of the original Identification certificate and  submit which is the biggest mistake we are practicing since very long year.

It’s not required to carry/submit the hard/softcopy copy of the personal ID and any certificate.

The Biometric identification is to capture an item of biometric data from person like a photo of their face, a record of their voice, or an image of their fingerprint, or retina recognition. This data is then compared to the biometric data of several other persons kept in a database. 

The data will be store in various raw formats and then loaded to database. A logical step and constraint will be applied to pick up the data based on the requirement.

As the source of data will be refreshed from various sources like Municipality, Academic, Government and other sources and  the APIs provided for integration with other systems  of data and that will be loaded and refreshed automatically to user’s data in every 7 days.

The Status of integration will be marked as completed, pending, rejected or in progress based on the progress.

The digital intervention will be able to manage lot of task for human of low connectivity environment and low or without literacy. As the person data store in a smart card and refreshed automatically.

The smart card data will be needed during verification and authorization by using smart card reader.

So, there will not be required to print, signature & verify the user original data manually.

The smart card is sufficient to help to stop all the above activities.
