EX-SHARE PROGRAM
To mentor and guide youths through experience sharing from fellow youths, reduce suicidal cases, help the street kids, share life transforming opportunities and reduce drug abuse.
With the increasing number of school drop outs, drug abuse, suicidal cases among campus students and street kids, i have learnt that youths go through so much than they can handle. The Ex-share program brings together youths from different areas, so they can mentor high school students and share challenges they go through and how they over come them.
Searching for scholarships and opportunities that could transform the youths and encouraging them to take advantage of. This we keep in mind the scam opportunities filter the legit ones according to eligibility.
We also donate sanitary towels, books and pens to the primary students to give them hope and take time to talk to them one on one so as t gain their trust and get them to open up.
With the street kids, we are trying to provide them with the basic needs, teach them income generating skills and help them get employment.

Sharing life transforming opportunities with the youths
The street kids will be able to learn income generating skills and thus get income to cater for their basic needs.
High school students are mentored by youths within their age range hence able to relate well and encouraged to work hard and take advantage of the opportunities available to them.
The youths in campus and those who have just graduated will be able to share their experience, how they managed the challenges they went trough and share job opportunities or help create own employment.
Having mentored the youths for a year now, i have learnt their struggles and pressures.
Having applied to over a hundred scholarships and programs in the last three years, I am in a position to filter scam opportunities and legit ones. I can also guide them on what to do to stand out in certain opportunities.
Having made friend with the street kids of Nairobi, they have opened up to me on the challenges they face and what they would like to do.
- Improving learning opportunities and outcomes for learners across their lifetimes, from early childhood on (Learning)
- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in at least one community, which is poised for further growth
We have already mentored youths in high schools, in the societies and in social occasions.
We have donated sanitary towels, books and pens to quit a number of schools and are still working doing so in the coming year.
We have created relationships with the street kids of Nairobi city and have shared clothe donations, meals and ideas together.
- A new project or business that relies on technology to be successful
Getting the opportunities and sharing with the youths, providing a platform for youths in different areas to share ideas and thoughts, keeping record of the street kids, their needs and opportunities they could benefit from. All these requires some technology to run smoothly.
We already came up with the idea of creating an application that is kind of a game, to attract the youth. The game part of the application is where you are prompted with a question that you have to answer according to your own opinion. Then you will be able to read other peoples answers on the same question. You can also set your own question which you'd like others to read.
There will be also virtual events where you get to discuss a certain question to deep extend. On the same application, we will be sharing the scholarships and opportunities that are available and create a group for all those who are interested in the opportunity so they can work together and motivate each other.
We will be sharing youths work on the same so that they can get customers if its a business, especially the projects we'll be working on with the street kids.
We will also create a free toll for the street kids, so they can call us when they are threatened by the police or fellows, and the youths to call when they feel they can't take any more pressure so they can get someone to talk to and be encouraged .
