MULTIUSER WATERBILL COUNTER

A device that shows or Prints  Individual Water Payment Bills for those who are living in Renting House, Helps to every individual to pay for water bill as he Consumed.

This device uses a sensor and a solenoid valve that opens using a special Security Code that allows the user to access the water service and his bill will be recorded on a special system. It's sensors are very efficient which makes the user pay a certain amount of money based on the amount of water he used.

This is a device that helps Water Service users living together in rented houses or apartment and uses the same Water Bill Counter to determine the amount they are required to pay based on the amount spent by the participant without mixing it with the bill of other users.It is about 10,000,000 people are being affected with this problem. As a result of quarrels among them for those who are living together in a rented house or apartment.  

Currently ,the local system of sharing the same amount from the bill given from the Authority or water service Owner ,this is not right because water consumption can not be equally to different families or people even they are living in the same apartment, it is required a technology that will help to separate the bill so as everyone will pay amount of money corresponding to the consumption.

The designation of this device is according to customer demands , this is because before design this device I have conducted Research at Mwananyamala Street ,Pugu Kigogo fresh in Dar es Salaam, the I did research at Duga mwembeni Tanga, WhiteRose in Arusha and Jamhuri in Dodoma. People prefer to have this technology due to WaterBill problems faces them now days.

This device is sensitive and has begun to show success in the community especially people living in rented houses or apartment. water authorities, an individual engaged in the sale of water may own this device and use it commercially, especially the sale of water using technology.

The use of solar energy enables this device to operate in rural and even urban environments. The use of solar energy and conventional electricity helps the device to effectively store user records and enable it to withstand different environmental conditions.  With the help of this device Disputes and disputes arising from the payment of water bills for those living together in a rented house or apartment will have been resolved.

This device is sensitive and has begun to show success in the community especially people living in rented houses or apartment. It is now serve to about 20families which has total number of people of almost 90 people ,this is because of low productivity of this device or machine, but If I will become financially Good the system can be distributed to about 50000 people of Dar es salaam and 10000 people of outside the Dar es Salaam City by the next year.

To reach more than 60000 people affected by that problem to which  I have a solution that they need to use to solve. Using this Solution I will generate more than 2000 Employment and Increase that national income due to Taxation that will be paid from the Services we offer to our Customers.

To recognizes the centrality of water resources to sustainable development and the vital role that improved drinking water, sanitation and hygiene play in progress in other areas, including health, education and poverty reduction by Using MultiUser water Bill Counter. 

Until next year I aim to reach more people who will use this system, there will also be official payment methods where users of the system will have to pay to get the service of this device, but there will also be a way to sell them to customers who can afford one price per one, With the aim of reaching more than 60000 Tanzanian people it is my belief this system will generate more than two hundred million Tanzanians in just one year. Because the minimum per user will pay 3333 Tanzanian shillings per year so after just one year only more than two hundred million will be credited to the company account

(Reasech And Project Management Officer- Full time), She has long time experience on doing reasech and Supervising the projects in Tanzania and East Africa, she is a field woman ,she does not like to stay in the office, she faces System users and receives opinions from the users so as to make the system having good Customer awareness.

The Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH). - This organization helps the development of this Device in world wide level by providing lessons and tutorials on how to reach the world wide Customer level.

WaterAid Tanzania - one of the Company work nearly by us to facilitate the installation of this device in the rural areas so as to helps those who are in need.

The Institute of Finance Management - In this Institute engage in Idea development to Karimu Mahmoud Khatwabi as an Innovator to bring him with large institutions that will corporate with them to produce a well and Efficient WaterBill Meter Device.
