Pipeline protection plays a challenging, complex task in the strategy of securing assets
Pressure and flow rate prevailing as most important and influenced parameters
Most risk in the oil transmissions lines are mainly due to pressure deterioration and particle deposition
It is important to concentrate on monitoring and control of oil pipeline transportation system
Develop SCADA with PID controller as Local Control Unit (LCU) to monitor and control pressure and flow rate
Develop an integrated IoT module with high–level engineering web operator interface to monitor abnormal variations
Classify the normal and abnormal pressure data using K-means clustering approach and provide statistical result
Using linear regression technique to predict future fault occurrence rate and to provide time line for pigging
We are trying to identify crack and blockages which causes the huge explosion and our project will stop the flow of fluid like petroleum or gasoline like natural gas when there is problem in pipeline and also alerts the inspection engineer about the problem. Our project also estimate the future fault occurence using time series forecasting

Yes , we have made some research our project and visited oil station in kochin, Kerala. We have considered every real time problems and developed this project for nation. The entire process is controlled by simple app which is highly secured and unauthorised people cannot be accessed.
