Our proposal is based on an end to end solution for Schools to operate on and off-campus seamlessly. Providing more focus in bringing an advanced online capability to Students, Teachers, School Administrators, and Parents that will address past, present (pandemic) and future challenges (post pandemic) across all levels (Preparatory/Secondary/Tertiary/College).

Our Enterprise School Solution is widely focused in addressing the education industry's need for the right digital technology tools that will enable the industry to operate on any given scenario (Online/Offline).
This solution aims to enhance the landscape of the education system by giving the industry more opportunities to improve different areas such as School Management and Administration, Learning Management, and Health and Safety.
The Education industry's problem started even before pandemic when they got behind with the fast evolution of digital technology and was emphasized during pandemic when digital technology became the top enabler for most of the industries and will even be more amplified once post pandemic starts. The root cause as we saw are the lack of continuous improvement and technology innovation of the Education industry.
Unfortunately, this had impacted the struggling students and parents during pandemic and education became close to impossible for them as they have to thrive within the falling economy for their basic necessities. There were even high impact from private schools as they struggle formulating and adapting the right process & tools to operate, while prioritizing everyone's safety.
The quality of education and readiness of our schools in such crisis became a hot topic in every country, thus giving our team a high priority problem to solve, with an environmental friendly, end to end solution, and disruptive approach.
Our solution serves not just the struggling schools, students, parents and teachers, it also impacts other businesses that operates with the Education Industry. Due to the flexibility and ingenuity of our designs, our solution is not only limited to operate within Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines as we are also targeting to become the first globally known EDTECH Solution.
We have formulated a solution design derived from our own project design methodology which focuses in complimenting process and system design. Two major components of a great system is a great process or vice versa. We worked with different types of schools during our pilot deployment last year 2020 and we have learned all their challenges from the past, present and have anticipated future challenges as well. That is where we shifted our system enhancements for the present term (Pandemic) and provisioned our designs for future term (Post Pandemic).
The solution will address the industry's needs by streamlining the school's operation to any types of scenario and connecting everyone that are part of the industry and eventually creating a more efficient environment.
The problem that we are addressing is a general problem that most of the school owners, teachers, parents, and students are facing which are part of the past and present challenges that they have.
How we are providing our solution also includes the future state of the education industry, giving them direct solution for existing issues by providing the right tool to operate online (Online School Admission, Curriculum Management, Advance Grading and Reporting, Health and Safety Management, Integrated Digital Green Technology and other Smart Technologies or IOTs that we can integrate) which are all in compliant with the standard health and safety protocols.
Also to address future requirements we incorporated a solution for both online and offline system capabilities to continue educating students without compromising the quality of education.
The disruptive approach is one of the features that we have in our solution that makes our system very dynamic and self sustaining.

Our solution provides a new and complete version of a school system, however we were able to integrate a Smart and Disruptive approach that makes our solution more innovative.
We expect that since we took a disruptive approach, we can positively change the Education Landscape and take the education system on a higher level by improving the over-all process and quality on how school operates and make it more efficient for students and parents as the system is capable to operate On and Off campus seamlessly.
Yes, we have implemented pilot deployments since SY 2020-2021. We partnered with small private schools that were struggling on how to operate during pandemic and fortunately our initial solution was able to help them overcome all challenges. It has given them ways to operate online and maintain the safety of all personnel and their students by simply using our online learning modules and grading system.
SY2021-2022, we introduced our online school admission module which gave parents the convenience and safety to transact and communicate with school administration. Continuously, we are developing other capabilities that will enhance learning such as introducing a built in capability to build their own digital books without relying with publishers in the future, or even partnering with different publishers, school supplies providers and other relevant requirements for schools and students that will add value.
The core technology is an end to end school management system which is an existing technology, but what makes it different and special are the modules that we have re-engineered to fit the current demand of the education industry. On a functional level we have built an end to end school management tool that can flexibly adapt to any curriculum, advanced grading reports, online student admission, online assessments, advanced E-learning tool with provisions to create and publish their own digital Books and other training materials.
Seamlessly, it can operate on-campus and off-campus bringing more exciting functionalities specifically on-campus, such as Health and Safety monitoring using different integrated Smart Technology (IOT, RFID, and other relevant devices) that will maximize the benefits of the data that we can process and use.
Our solution is expected to have a strong impact and influence towards changing our education system landscape, primarily by increasing the quality of education for public schools ad small private schools. This is due to the technology that we will bring to them, it will help bridge the gap for schools in providing convenient and efficient school management and learning tools across the students. It will help decrease the cost of books and make it easily available for access and use.
In most of the ASIAN countries like Philippines, the cost of having a better education becomes less affordable as the quality of education gets high. Major factors driving the cost of education are the school facilities, books, and teaching standards. Once you factor in our technology, the student's access for learning increases significantly which can be at par with those of in private schools. The determining factor of the quality of education will rely on the teaching quality of every schools which can easily be managed and improved.
We believed that no students should get less quality of learning, which all depends on how it will be given to them. This solution will enable schools and educators to give everyone fair chances in getting quality education.

1. The number of students that we onboard in our system.
2. The number of schools that we transform into our system.
3. The level of standards that we improved in every schools.

Impact Goals for next year = Establish our footprint in the Philippines as our pilot location with initial 100,000 Students Subscribed within Luzon Region
Impact Goals for the next 3 Years = Annual 100%-300% growth for Luzon Region and 100,000 each for Visayas and Mindanao Region (Philippines). International Kick-off by 2023.
Impact Goals for the next 5 Years = Acquire 80% of student population in the Philippines and Establish our foot print in ASIA with at least 30%-60% of its student's population.
We plan to utilize the funds that we will earn from our official go live in Philippines to invest in our international launch. All technical development and support operations will be centralized in the Philippines with satellite marketing and sales offices in different countries strategically.

Our Lead thinks outside of the box, and conceptualize a solution based on variety of problems and factors affecting a problem and not just the problem alone. Can easily adapt and learn different processes with project management experience handling various processes, had full scale IT Management experience supporting on a global and regional scale.
