Fan-Ye Tutor is disrupting learning methods with blockchain based mobile technology aiming at 200 million students in rural schools in Southeast Asia and Mainland China.

Fan-Ye Tutor ("FYT") might be the largest adaption use case of blockchain providing real value  to rural communities. With it’s revolutionary business model of shared economy and AI technology, it propagates efficiently rewards/value to educators and their students.  

Fan-Ye will deliver low-cost (freemium based) highly protected (IP & credentials) personalized quality education en scale – an unprecedented contribution to the community focusing on underserved students.

FYT protocol allows each teacher to freely publish, store own lessons and deliver to learning communities in protected autonomous form. FYT supports content creators by releasing, circulating and dealing with protected digital assets, thus forming a decentralized content education ecosystem and digital learning and training personalized work space.

Value proposition

• A teacher's work can be published quickly and securely, without any third party control. The lessons would also be time-stamped and immutable, protected by digital authenticity and delivered as NFT (Non Fungible Token). FYT ecosystem supports many use cases for content owners to be rewarded and gain expanded reach.
• FYT adaptive smartphone based learning provides effective training supporting early literacy & numeracy for low-income students without teacher guidance.
• English/mandarin pronunciation and comprehension proficiency of beginning to intermediate learners with reliable, valid and consistent test scores.  FYTutor AI voice recognition Engine is employed for generating training solution preparing for different levels of English & Mandarin including test preparation for Topel/Toiec.

We do not have yet any install base of our platform in those countries.

However

We are in negotiations with Cellular operators in Vietnam and Philippines for POC of the platform targeting underserved communities.

Problem: help needed for left-behind rural primary school children  and provide sort of certification of competency with English study preparing for employment.

First phase would serve subscribers that have limited access to quality education. The assumption is this K12 audience has access to Internet (even limited) and owns smartphones.

FYT can provide effective mobile-based education solutions, especially in low-income settings focusing on core subjects: English as secondary language, Mandarin and mathematics.

FYT provides curriculum based intensive training and communicates formative mathematics assessment results of  to parents. That would help improve outcomes closing gapes for those left-behind children. 

We plan with our technology and biz model to achieve two major goals that may have a major impact on future and well being of students:

• Prepare students for entrance to higher education or attain proper jobs
• Quality education and affordable training services  (in many cases free) for those underserved

With support of government agencies and communication operators we would target rural villages. their problem is lack of textbooks, trained teachers, resulting with low scores and difficulties being admitted to government jobs that require good enough English proficiency or being admitted to good universities.

Our business goal  in those markets where we will  be operating is rapidly scaling to become the major online education destination

That goal can be meet by partnering or providing white labbel servoce with major education service providers, ministries of education and cellular operators.

We plan to operate mainly as a B2B2C managed service with major players in destination countries such as Philippines, Indonesia  Vietnam and Thailand.

The hurdle is financing pilots for at least 10,000 uses to prove scalability of our solution. We plan to raise funding of ~$5m for the first two cuntries.

By working with Solve and Octava we hope to gain enough recognition to raise that amount strategically from those operators that are looking to revive ceased model of ring tones  that used to be a good revenue channel, lost few years back.

FYT was established 2017. It's root are at publishing systems for the newspaper and yellow pages companies in Israel and partially in US.

Meni Livni and his team had built solutions previous to FYT for the major newspapers in Israel including print prepress publishing , editorial pagination, advertising and built the major new portal for the major newspaper in Israel that is called Ynet, servicing 2m users.

We employ Phd degree programmers for algorithm based ML analytics of textbooks to extract and convert quizzes to be adaptive. We also work with key blockchain WW innovators to integrate FYT with blockchain underline technology.
