Red Circle Global aspires to offer the RCG-ETS to schools for free by transforming it to an advertising platform.
The schools in the Philippines are having a difficult time adapting to online learning due to limited budget to acquire school automation systems to reach their students efficiently. Comprehensive school automation systems always come with a price. Due to limited access to comprehensive educational technology, schools experienced a significant decrease in enrollees as they were not able to provide a viable platform for online learning.
Through Red Circle Global's Educational Technology System, schools will be empowered to provide an exceptional educational experience to its students through online learning for free! The free system will allow schools to focus more on improving their teaching methods online rather than dealing with various problems in operations brought by the current pandemic.
The advertising revenue model to be implemented by RCG will also benefit schools financially since part of the ad revenue will also be donated to participating schools for additional revenue. It's a win-win situation!

Schools in the Philippines are having a hard time adjusting to online learning since not all schools have the financial capacity to even buy the basic school automation systems or learning management systems. To operate during the pandemic, schools were required to have a learning management system to conduct online classes. As the pandemic has continuously affected the health and wealth of all Filipinos, we want to ease the burden of schools by allowing to reach their students with a free system at the same time, provide them with additional income source.
In the Philippines, there are currently 26.31 million learners according to the Department of Education Press Release last September 15, 2021. As of 2017, 8,300 schools in the Philippines. However, due to the covid19 pandemic, around 2,000 schools were closed due to difficulties in coping with or bouncing back to the new normal (preference to online learning).
The main market of the platform will be students and schools all over the Philippines, initially, and aims to expand to neighboring countries all over the world.
We already have school clients and we have also been very aggressive in engaging with several schools all over the country. They are very much in need of a school automation system and consistently, all schools want to acquire one. However, majority of them were hesitant to pay for a school automation system or even a learning management system given that they have a tight budget to work on.
The RCG-ETS aims to cater to the more than 8,000 school and 26.31 million students in the Philippines. The company aims to bridge the gap between schools and learners, serving as a platform to reconnect schools and students.

The RCG-ETS is a comprehensive school automation platform that allows schools to fully automate their school functions from online inquiries, enrolment process (including payments), human resource management, accounting, student information system, library management, inventory management, registrar, etc. More importantly, the RCG-ETS has a built-in Learning Management System, academic management, attendance monitoring, and communication options with Zoom or Google Meet video and audio integration, and more functions.
The comprehensive RCG-ETS will be offered to schools for free to empower schools to adapt to the new normal way of learning which is online learning. Automating school functions through the RCG-ETS will not only provide schools with their own learning management system, school administrators, staff and teachers will be able to function as a school even if they are working home since almost all their functions will be automated and available online.
Even with limited face-to-face classes, more schools will be able to conduct online classes through the RCG-ETS, reaching more of the 26.31 students (as of 2021).

The main indicator we are currently using that has worked for the company and our school clients is the rise in the number of new student enrollees and retained students per school per year. If the students and parents are highly satisfied with quality of education provided by school, technology used included, this means that we have served our purpose of providing quality education through technology.
As we have mentioned, there are about 2,000 schools that were not able to operate due to the pandemic. This also means that many teachers lost their jobs, and many school owners lost their source of income.
We aspire to provide the RCG-ETS for free for schools to be able to operate again. There will be rise in income for school owners, employment for teachers who are most probably parents that are sending their children to schools. They will regain employment and therefore, be able to send their children, thereby increase the number of learners that will soon be the future of our nation.

Red Circle Global, currently operating under Two Commas Information Technology Solutions was launched in 2017 as a command center IT assistance tool for the government mainly the barangays. When the initial business venture came to a halt, the company tried to steer the wheel into tapping education management solutions. In June 2018. RCG captured its first client, one school with 800 students. It earned Php350,000 in sales. Forward to June 2019, the company reached a customer base of six (6) schools with 10,000 users and made Php4,000,000 in annual revenue. Each client school has a lock-in contract with the company for five (5) years. In 2021, the company was able to secure a contract from an online school, developing the school's customized school automation system. The company has now 9 schools in its belt.
The founder of the company came from a family of public school teachers, the reason that education is close to his heart. The team is motivated by their desire to reach more schools who cannot afford a learning management system yet want to continue teaching and imparting knowledge to its students.

Our team is composed of specialists in information technology, sales and marketing, business development, finance and data management. We covered every aspect of a business to gain a balanced perspective on each aspect as well as to cover as many bases as possible.
