Preparing talents towards adoption of IR4.0
Our vision is to enable adoption of Smart Manufacturing through pool of skill and knowledgeable labor in the manufacturing sector.
PROBLEMS
Governments play an important role in driving manufacturing growth. However, most ASEAN countries and their governments are not yet ready for the adoption of Fourth Industrial Revolution. Furthermore, the steps to support the technological initiatives in manufacturing remaining unclear. One of the problems recognize in ASEAN are lacking of talents to support the Industry Forward. With regard to the talents, it can be categorized into existing labor and future talent. Therefore, the problems to be resolve in Education Sector which providing future talent and Manufacturing Sector to upskilling existing manpower with hand-on training. Existing training programs are not sufficiently to geared towards Industry 4.0 and current education module are unable to keep up with the advancement of technology.

ASEAN countries such Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines Thailand and Malaysia, are experiencing industrial transformation on an unprecedented scale with automation, data exchanges, cloud computing, cyber-physical systems, robots, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and semi-autonomous industrial techniques.
With every industrial revolution, there has been a requirement for a skill change, and higher education must prepare graduates to handle new technologies and embrace IR 4.0. The higher education sector must be ready for this change. Education and training were key to social and economic development in a globalized world.
Education system is marked by quality, credibility and innovation. It must be at the modern trend of automation and not just about computerization, but also the ability of different computers and machines to communicate with each other and perform complex tasks together.
The evident problem in ASEAN countries including Malaysia are the near future could not be the lack of employment, but the shortage of skills that new jobs will demand.
In Thailand, the ministry has offered funding to any universities that want to re-design their curriculum especially to enable future talent to be IR 4.0-ready in the next five years.
In Malaysia, Ministry of Higher Education launched Malaysia Education Blueprint 2015-2025 (Higher Education) had incorporated elements meant to tackle the uncertainty of IR4.0. Higher Education Framework 4.0 (MyHE 4.0) also was established to address the issues and challenges of IR 4.0. Under the framework, universities have to change their curriculum and delivery to ensure that their graduates have jobs. With this direction, hoping it can resolve huge number of unemployed graduate in ASEAN.
In 2021, the statistic mentioned that 610,500 of unemployed personal in Malaysia and 202,400 of the unemployed are graduate. In 2021 during pandemic due to Covid19, Hadi Venture received project from Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia to train 100 personal of unemployed graduate and collaboration with industry for the employment.
Rather to train the unemployed graduate, Hadi Venture already propose to the Ministry of Higher Education, academician 17 public universities and 37 polytechnics to revise the education module and propose Hadi Venture module recognize by Industry and portable simulator that can use to understand Industrial Internet of Things.
Hadi Venture target is to strengthen delivery of STEM in education centre and 21st century skills for learners to effectively build work readiness.
In the era of Fourth Industrial Revolution, adoption of technologies such as Smart Building, Smart Agriculture, Smart Cities and Smart Manufacturing are the solution for a "new normal".
Smart manufacturing can accurately predict requirements, identify errors, as well as make innovation and the manufacturing process more manageable. It is the process of combining and implementing various technologies and solutions into the traditional manufacturing process. Manufacturing companies are using IoT assets to connect machines and systems together – a paradigm shift that enables real-time asset monitoring. Coupled assets provide the opportunity to monitor equipment in real-time for reliability, compliance, and safety. One of the problem relating to the Industrial Revolution are lack of talent to support the industry.
Hadi Venture come with solution by developing IIOT Simulator used in education sector to understand machine to machine communication using sensor. It can be used in Education center and industry in ASEAN Country to upskilling and reskilling knowledge on IoT to prepare for the implementation of Smart Manufacturing and generate income and productivity to nation.
The training related to IR4.0 provided by Hadi Venture specialize in Industrial IoT get recognition from Industry such as SIEMENS will bring benefit providing talent in ASEAN Country. HADI VENTURE also experience providing consultation services to the Manufacturing Sector for system integration. Target market for this program are for academician in technical universities to convey knowledge for future talent and existing engineering in manufacturing, electronic and ICT sector.

Industry 4.0 is characterized by the marriage of physical and digital technologies, such as analytics, artificial intelligence, cognitive computing and the Internet of Things (IoT). The rapidly advancing technologies driving Industry 4.0 are bringing about social and economic change rapidly in an environment of unparalleled global connectivity and demographic change.
Creating future workforce involves not only attracting and developing new talent needed, but also re-skilling current employees through training programs as well as re-designing work processes for reducing the skill mismatch between jobs and employees. In order to drive the transformational opportunities promised by Industry 4.0 and create value from automation, yet organizations need to consider developing their future workforce with competencies aligned to industry-specific requirements.
Rapid and extensive automation of business processes together with emergence of novel business models impose new skill requirements for workforce. Indeed, further adoption of digital systems along with successful implementation of Industry 4.0 require even wider range of employee skills due to increased complexity of work environments with new operational and organizational structures. Consequently, roles of employees will change in terms of content and work processes, and these changes would require
significant transformations in jobs and skill profiles of employees.
In line with progressively increased augmentation of work systems, necessity for creating future workforce with necessary skills is becoming ever more urgent. By being the first, but not the last, manufacturing companies are having difficulty filling jobs with employees having required skills. Although there are relatively high unemployment rates all over the world, the current skill sets of employees may not be adequate enough for the emerging work designs and job roles. The problem is realized mostly as finding the right talent for the right job. As a result, there is an increasing competition for talent within a range of industries, primarily in manufacturing as being a sector which has been traditionally viewed as not offering the most remunerative and attractive professional career prospects for young generations all along.
As a result, developing future workforce for Industry 4.0 requires not only
attracting and recruiting new talent which is needed, but also re-skilling current employees through training programs, and, if necessary, re-designing work processes to eliminate the skill mismatch between jobs and employees.

Industry 4.0 is fundamentally reshaping the jobs landscape and will foster significant changes in how industrial workers perform their jobs. Entirely new jobs with very different skill requirements will be created, while some tasks will become obsolete.
The shifting employment landscape has significant implications for industry, education systems and the Government. A qualified and skilled workforce is indispensable for the introduction and adoption of Industry 4.0. The technical
knowledge required is high, and will be primarily recruited from the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects. However, for some years the number of STEM graduates has fallen below expectation
To prepare talent, Hadi Venture proposing to upgrade STEM module in all technical university in ASEAN Country trough using IIOT 2070 Simulator and academician to upgrade knowledge by attending 5 days module on IIOT.
