GSSE - Global Solidarity for Saving Education
Preventing the catastrophic consequences of the Pandemic in the Southeast Asia's Education System with Internet Portal GSSE featuring outstanding innovators-scientists.
According to the UN and UNESCO, in the 2019/2020 academic year, the sudden transition to distance learning caused by the pandemic affected 1.57 billion (about 91%) students worldwide and about 63 million schoolteachers.
A year and a half have passed since the beginning of the pandemic, and despite the enormous efforts of these organizations and governments of all countries, unfortunately, the unprecedented crisis of world education has NOT yet been eliminated, effective progress in solving global problems has NOT been achieved!
There are a lot of online schools in the world educational market and some, more or less, solve local problems, but the World Educational System is still in a Deep Crisis!
The solution (relief) of this problem we offer the launch of the Global Internet Portal GSSE, which will provide an opportunity for all schoolchildren and students from any country in the world to receive high-quality education based on the latest convergent technologies of the fourth and fifth generations.
It is known that in the countries of Southeast Asia, few students and teachers know foreign languages. Yes, the GSSE Portal learning courses will be translated into many languages, BUT due to the lack of large funds, the turn of the target countries will not reach soon.
Of course, if our solution is widespread in target countries, it will positively change the lives of these citizens, because: they will receive excellent educational products in their native language, and students from socially disadvantaged families - with significant discounts.

Let's start with global statistics: in March 2020, to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, almost all countries immediately closed educational institutions - almost 1.57 billion learners worldwide (about 91%) stayed at home. Soon, following the calls of UNESCO, all educational institutions switched to distance learning. The accelerated transition to a new training format has caused a lot of problems in all countries.
According to the UN and UNESCO, the problems listed below were the same all over the world:
1. Not all families had computers;
2. Not all families had access to the Internet;
3.In the vast majority of countries, there were no statistics on the number of students participating in online learning, so the number of victims was certainly higher than UNESCO's estimates!
4. In the vast majority of countries, the level of student achievement was NOT evaluated!
5. Almost all countries started online education without fundamental retraining of school teachers, who found it very difficult to conduct high-quality online lessons. About 63 million school teachers have suffered a lot for this, and they chaotic activity has had a disastrous impact on a significant decrease in the quality of education worldwide.
UNESCO has officially declared: “Mankind has never encountered a disruption of this magnitude in the global system of education."
Unfortunately, so far, tangible progress in solving global educational problems has NOT been achieved!
Additionally, I will say that the countries of Southeast Asia could not fully use even the existing UNESCO resources due to the language barrier.
We will work in the countries of Southeast Asia to directly and significantly improve the lives of citizens of these countries. Our solution serves the target groups listed below:
1) K-12 learners, their parents, teachers, heads and other school staff;
2) Students of colleges and universities, also young scientists;
3) Any citizen of these countries who wants to receive certain knowledge In science, in education, in culture, in sports, In cooking and in other areas of life; Who wants to receive psychological help; Who wants to promote their innovative inventions on the world market.
In the previous answer, it was said that both around the world and in the countries of Southeast Asia, children, students, teachers and schools need immediate educational assistance. In order to understand their needs deeply and on a large scale, GSSE will have full-time staff - Ambassadors - in each of target countries, who, together with their assistants, will help establish direct contacts with schools and universities. They will regularly conduct various kinds of research in order to learn more about the needs of our beneficiaries and, as far as possible, meet them.
Of course, GSSE ambassadors will also hold various PR events.
In addition to Ambassadors, GSSE freelancers will be actively working in the target countries.
Therefore, through the main advertising actions GSSE Portal, Ambassadors and freelancers, we will attract beneficiaries in the target countries.
Our solution will certainly satisfy the needs of the beneficiaries, because they will be great in their native language!
The learning courses of the GSSE Portal will be the best on the Internet, because:
1) The creators of the content GSSE learning courses are the "World Team" of the most outstanding innovators and scientists of our time from 70 countries, among which there are many Nobel Prize winners. These renowned solvers have successfully piloted these contents for many years at the most prestigious Universities in the world. For this, they received the most scientific and educational awards.
So, GSSE products are the "Worldwide Collection" of the best ideas, the best approaches and the best solutions!

My solution is innovative, because:
1. In the thousands of online schools, the main teachers are specialists from the same country in which the school was founded. No matter what highly qualified specialists are among them from the one country, their experience is incomparable with what we have - the teachers of the GSSE portal will be the most outstanding innovators and scientists of our time from 70 countries of the world, among them there are not a few Nobel laureates

The GSSE company is not officially registered yet (although the main members have been working very actively for a long time), we have not yet launched the portal, so I cannot perfectly answer this question.
Of course, I can say that our most important unit of measurement will be the dynamics of the number of subscribers planned by us.
As I have repeatedly said, along with a large-scale advertising company, , our PR strength will be the active work of our Ambassadors in different countries.
As I said, our company, with the help of the Ambassadors, will establish direct links with schools and universities in target countries. We will fundamentally study the problems of beneficiaries from these countries and if additional challenges arise that were not in other countries, we will create special mini-projects and our teams of solvers will work to prevent problems.
A subsidiary organization - the GSEE Association, which will deal with similar cases, will help us in this matter.
Key Impact Objectives for the next 5 years, with the assistance of the Association GSEE, will investigate the vital education needs of citizens in Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and / or Malaysia and act in every possible way to prevent and further them.

I was deeply touched by UNESCO's official statement about the catastrophic state of world education, which was caused by the closure of educational institutions du-ring the pandemic and the sudden transition to distance learning.
And the idea was born - to create a worldwide organization ,,Global Solidarity for Saving Educational”(GSSE) and an Internet-Portal GSSE, which through their activities would somehow help in this great crisis. First, I shared my idea with my colleagues - the winners of the American organization GFEL - ,,Top 100 Leaders in Education" award, and then with my friends - famous scientists of our time, also - organizers of various international intellectual competitions (there are a lot of them!).
Following up on how, that they expressed their solidarity my idea, I decided to turn the idea into a project, the summary of which you are now reading. This project seeks to lay at least one brick to mitigate the catastrophic impact of this unprecedented destruction and to ensure that such chaos in the world's education is never repeated. And after the pandemic, to ensure my long-standing desire - Quality Education for all students of the world!
