Our pitch:
1)> The problem i committed to solve is "Protecting Coastal Cities From Flooding" due to Instant Higher Tides and Cloudburst.
2)> 1) Control on Concrete Jungles & Improvement of Eco Urban Planning: Due to Employment, Education & Business purposes the large number of people migrating to Cities. In order to provide the shelter to these people, the Cities becoming Concrete Jungles and results no space for rainy and flood water to sink into ground. So we must concentrate on Eco urban planning by leaving some open land free from concrete & using Pervious Concrete Technology to allow water to sink into ground.
2) Better Drainage & Canal flow system: Mumbai's Drainage system is one of the oldest drainage systems in India. The unexpected cloud burst causes instant flooding due to its outdated blocked Drainage & Canal flow system. So an immediate upgrade of Drainage and Canals is required.
3) Plastic waste management: Due to carelessness over Plastic waste management, the high amount of waste particles swirling on the roads of Mumbai and leads to Drainage valves blockage. Resulting non flow of water. So waste collection and recycle is much needed.
4) Bringing awareness to Public on construction of Nature-friendly Houses: Governments, NGO's & etc organisations must create awareness programs for Public on how to build a Eco-friendly homes, Usage of Water sinking Concrete technology, Leaving open land for rain water pits, Waste management and importance of Protecting environment to overcome the Floods.
3)> My solution will solve the problems of People, who're suffering from Floods with its 100% Implementable reality solution.
